Our in-ground concrete had a huge crack and was leaking gallons of water per day - we would have to fill it every day. We acquired 3 quotes. J & M were in the middle but their reviews were very good so we gave the project to them. They were very professional and their attention to detail was exceptional. They worked diligently all day and cleaned up the job site after the work was done. We were very happy with the work they did and highly recommend them.

J & M installed new tile and re-plastered my pool in a very efficient manner with a work crew that knew what they were doing and went about doing it without any hesitation. Very professional quality and attention to details. I'm very pleased with the results.

Hector Guzman is fabulous at maintaining pools!!! I hired J&M to re plaster my pool and they did what they said at a great cost. Hector was the follow up with sweeping and maintaining for a month after the plaster. He made my pool look fantastic!!! He is courteous and very professional and just seems to care about his work and the homeowner being happy with his results. Loved working with this company...particularly Hector! If you are looking to improve pool or have wonderful pool service J&M Pool and Hector for maintenance is who you should hire.

Juan was hired as a third repair service for a leak that two other companies could not find. Juan had a plan the minute he saw the problem and sent a crew out the very next day! We live in Lewisville TX and not a normal service area for J and M plaster but Juan was willing to help and did! Crew was very competent and did a great job! I hired J&M to do a complete overhaul of my pool... new plaster, new light, new tile, new drain. It was done very quickly, yet with very good quality. They were on time, they worked quickly not wasting anytime screwing around, and did exactly what they said they would do. They used the correct tile, and added in the quartz as I requested. The price was WAY more than fair, in fact, they could have charged me a lot more for what they did. I highly recommend them for anything pool oriented.

Hector, the estimator & superintendent, was GREAT to work with! They remodeled my 50 year old pool with plaster, new tile & added flagstone. What a professional crew & now my pool is drop dead gorgeous!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Juan was wonderful to work with and our pool looks great.

After several calls was finally able to get in touch with owner of company who worked with me to resolve issues that occured during my pool plastering; however in order to resolve them i had to drain my pool again and spend more time without a useable pool.

Juan came out and gave us a proposal and we hired him after having a few bad experiences. His job was complete within a week and done so beautiful. We are extremely happy with his service and would recommend him to any one who needs any stone work done on their pool. He gave us stone steps and decking around our jacuzzi that matched our pool perfectly. Kudos to J and M pools and their crew.

After they did half of the work the owner came out for his check, I pointed out to him the colors on the decking did not match and the concrete repair around the pool did not match the flagstones around the pool. At first he told me that was the only color it came in and then he says I did not specify a color. My fault, I assumed he new what he was doing and would at least match the colors. They had to pull up all the coping around the deck and redo everything. He would not correct the concrete work. I checked around and was told it would cost me $250 to $300 to stain the concrete. Good service, need to communicate better so customer time will not be wasted

We are extremely pleased with our pool replastering project that was completed by J & M Pool Plastering. Every step in the process from the initial quote thru to completion was handled professionally, accurately and timely. We obtained 6 quotes and J & M provided the best value. Additionally we were impressed with the feedback from their other customers and are happy to add ourselves to the list of their satisfied customers.

We are very pleased with our new pool plaster and retiling. It looks great! I can't wait to heat the pool so I can go in! We also had additional concrete added to extend our patio. It's not quite finished, but it will look fabulous when it is. Juan and hs staff have been great to work with.

Our pool looks like new! Nice work!! We had our pool plastered, new stonework around spa, new deck-o-seal and they were even able to raise our deck and level it out. Couldn't be more pleased!!

I am a picky homeowner. The work provided by J & M Pool Plastering was beyond wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service on their pool. They were prompt, professional, respectful, and kept the worksite clean and free of debris. Their price was considerable lower than other estimates but I would have paid more just for the service they provided!!!
