+ 0 moreMajor problems with electrical work not to code. Hot tub installed with an air conditioner cut off valve in adjacent box instead of a GFI interrupt which would have electrocuted bathers instantly if a problem occurred, according to Hot Tub dealer. Ventahood brand hood installed with 7 inch pipe instead of 8 inch which is recommended, and air oscillates inside making a whirling sound when on (and I've had a Ventahood brand hood for the last 15 years and know the quality of the product with a good install). Contractor not interested in coming back to fix repairs Paid $600 to have hot tub rewired and now will pay $400 to have ventahood reinstalled. Contractor did come back to fix cabinet work--drawers that scrapped against stainless steel Subzero wine refrigerator whenever opened and adjustable pantry shelving that could not be moved.
Description of Work: Remodel of home built in 2005. New master closet, new shelving, new bar area, new utility cabinet, new tile in two baths,new wood mantle, installed ventahood, installed new lighting and fans.

+ 1 moreHe's not inexpensive but he does very high quality work and you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: He gutted the floors in my kitchen and bathroom. He also installed a stairway to my attic and did some insulation as well.
