 + 0 moreI had this company come out to provide me an estimate to add a geothermal heat pump and hot water generating system. As well as redesign and optimize ductwork in my existing home. My initial contact was with Elden Hampton who I believe is the owner of the company. He was initially responsive and came by within a view days to take a look at the house and discuss various options. I was provided with very nice marketing materials and I provided him a set of floor plans for the house so he could perform heat load calculations. After a couple of weeks I made contact again and was told that he was almost done with the estimate and would get back with me soon. After another week or two I contacted him again by email to let him know that regardless what was going on, I would like to get my floor plans back. He again reassured me that he was still working on my estimate and he would be finished and get back to me "very soon". I haven't heard from him again. It's been approximately 6 weeks since my initial contact with him. This company is highly touted by a Geothermal heat pump manufacturer and claims they are the "#1 dealer in Texas for the past five years" for WaterFurnace geothermal HVAC systems. Needless to say, I will not be using this company. I would also recommend that anyone looking to invest the amount of money required to have a geothermal hvac system installed not use this company either. To do so would be asking for problems.
Description of Work: This company performs installation and maintenance of geothermal HVAC systems. As well as spray foam insulation, ductwork maintenance and design, and indoor air quality improvement.

Geothermal Distribution Co offers the following services: We service, sell and install all types of HVACR equipment, whether its air cooled or water cooled, we can service it. Wine cellars, basements, cooled/heated pools nothing is out of our realm. WaterFurnace, Trane, Frigidaire, LifeBreath (ERV), and UltraAire (Dehumidifiers) dealers. Bio-Based spray foam Insulation installation, open cell in the attic and closed cell in crawl spaces/basements/indoor pools. We are premier service providers, if its broke we can fix it!
We do not sell or install fiberglass or cellulose insulation in your home. We have not serviced or installed any absorption systems yet, minimal work with boilers, and chillers.
