Update 08/01/2017 - My response to your response to my initial review is: Calling at 10am (our appointment time) does not constitute calling ahead of time. I initially told them our schedule is extremely busy with 3 young children and my husband took off a few hours from work to meet him. I was told by Mr. Jacobs that he couldn't make it b/c he had to be at his store since another gentlemen couldn't be there. That's fine if you call me ahead of time. A day later, after seeing my initial review, he texted me that the reason he couldn't make it was because he was waiting on my samples from the vendor. Complete lie. I told him and Shariff I only wanted a quote on labor since I already had my materials. After telling me 2 different stories, he has the audacity to ask me to remove the negative review since it will affect his employment even though he is related to the owner. In this country, lying doesn't secure you the opportunity to present a bid and certainly doesn't start things off on the right foot. My review is based on my experience with these people. That's what a review is. It doesn't necessarily have to have work performed to be valid. I hope when someone reads this review, they will be cautious before proceeding with these people. I also hope that when the company reads this review, they will respect potential customer's time more seriously.

I highly recommend Floors 4 Less!! I had a great experience working with Sharif and Eyhab! They are extremely professional, responsive, and provide an excellent product. I sought several bids for the flooring on this project. Not only was their bid competitive, but I was impressed by their customer service. They were in constant communication with me throughout the project and stopped by the project numerous times to inspect the installation. As a real estate investor, I have worked with numerous trades - it is rare to find this level of quality and service at a reasonable price. I plan to use them on my future projects!

We were very pleased with all aspects of the job they did for us. Without question, they were at a disadvantage in getting our business. For big projects like this we generally go with companies that have been referred to us by friends/neighbors. In this instance we already had several such bids and were close to a decision with a highly recommended flooring company. Floors 4 Less was relatively new in Rockwall, and we stopped by on a whim just to see what they had to offer. We were impressed enough from that initial visit that we agreed to let them submit a bid. Glad we did. Eyhab came out to measure and do the estimate. He spent a lot of time with us, explaining everything thoroughly so that there were no surprises. They provided numerous samples. They also quickly responded to questions and modifications to the bid anytime we wanted to consider alternatives (either to the flooring to use or to the scope of the job). Beto’s team did the actual installation. They arrived on time each day and went about their business in an efficient, skilled and professional manner. Installing wood floors is a messy/dusty job (particularly the removal of existing wood floors), but they did everything they could to minimize that as much as possible. The installation went well and the floors look great! To me, the true measure of a company is not necessarily when everything goes well, but how they respond to follow-up requests. I know that it is normal in an installation of this type for there to be a few small “hollow sounding” areas. That was the case with my floor as well. However, I preferred there to be no such spots at all (again, mostly an overly cautious position on my part). They never for a second questioned my request to have them taken care of… just ensured me that they wanted to address any concerns I might have. Beto carefully “injected” each spot to eliminate any hollow areas. Eyhab stayed for the whole process to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the final result. Bottom line, Floors 4 Less did a great job on the installation at a lower cost than any of my other bids. The floors look great and we couldn’t be more pleased. Based on this experience they will be the first flooring company I call when I get ready to replace the bedroom carpets.

It went very well . They hauled off the old carpet and installed the most beautiful floors without any problems.

My husband and I built a new home in McKinney but were not happy with the builder's choice of wood flooring options. Instead we chose to hire someone outside of closing to install the floors we wanted. We called Sharif who came to our home with many wood flooring samples. We found one we liked but we weren't really in love with. We decided to go to a competitor to see what options they had. We found a wood we absolutely loved but we were so impressed by Sharif's professionalism and character that we were almost willing to go with the flooring we didn't love just so we could use Sharif. We called him up and told him what we had found and asked if he could get it. Again, my husband and I were seriously contemplating going with him even if he couldn't get the flooring we truly wanted. Sharif came through and we were ecstatic! We were not moving in until New Years Eve/Day and sealed the deal with Sharif roughly a week before Christmas. They worked through Christmas Eve to get our floors installed in the 3-4 days quoted (which I wouldn't have let them do had I known). We were abundantly pleased with Sharif, his team, their professionalism, and their above and beyond customer service. It was a great experience and we recommend him to everyone we know looking for any type of floor installation.

Went well, Wife & I are satisfied and will be bringing them back for wood floor installation on the other half of the house.

Floors 4 Less was wonderful to work with. Sharif (the owner) is an awesome guy. He responds to correspondence almost immediately, and came out to check on the progress everyday the workers were in our home. When the job was finished we had a couple of small issues, and he resolved them no questions asked. I would recommend this company to friends and family.
