Dusty did not give us an estimate and just started on the job. After, Dusty had already started and came back without an appointment and went into my garage and started using my tools. He started using this yellow substance that he sprayed all over the roof that expands. So it was just a mess. The substance that he used would cause the rodents to eat it, crawl into the attic and die. I got this information from other rodent control providers. This guy had no idea what he was doing. Now our home looks terrible and they will not respond to our phone calls. Do not use this company!

I purchased a service using a voucher back in January. The technician arrived on time and completed the service. I wrote a check based on the amount the technician told me. Three months later they cam out and did a second treatment. I did not recieve a bill for this service until two week later along with a collection notice for $.67 for the January service. I have since received two more notices of collection and my calls to the company have been unanswered. I now have a collection agency calling me. Very poor customer service and I will not be using them again.

Serivced in April. We noticed mosquitos and other pests. We checked the system and found that at least 5 heads were not spraying. In addition we determined that the system was not spraying at the times indicated on system. We called Envirotech out to have a follow up service call. They said they came out and everything was fine. I checked after the follow up service call was supposidely performed and found the 5 nonfunctioning heads still did not work and no settings on the system had been altered. This led me to believe that no one had been out to the house and checked the system. We called again on June 15th and a tech was supposed to be dispatched. Again I found no evidence that a tech had been to the house. I spoke with the owner on June 29th who assured me a tech would be at my house friday morning July 1. No tech materialzed. We will find another service company.
