+ -1 moreThey did not show up for the scheduled and agreed upon job time. I had confirmed it with them many times. I had re-arranged my schedule to accommodate their requested job start time. Then they tried to re-schedule (as in "Oh, we;ll be there "later" so just sit around and hope we show up), then they suggested they should not even do the job. They will waste your time and not perform. They did no work as after they pulled this stunt, I contacted another provider. If their scheduling problems are this bad, I cringe to think how bad their actual work would be. There are many providers out there offering this service - do not hire someone who does not respect your time.

+ -1 moreThe worst contractor that we have ever dealt with in 40 years of owning homes. Trust us. Do not hire them to reseal anything. They did a horrible job. We paid over $4,000.00 and really need to get someone to re do it. They refuse to take responsibility for their poor workmanship.

Description of Work: Coping Sealing was excellent! Deck Sealing was done incorrectly. They came back and did it again, but is still incorrect. I have not contacted them for this, but they also have not followed-up.

Description of Work: For the past five years since I put my pool in I was having problems with the stone coping. It was losing small bits of stone from the effects of the salt pool. Other sealers only worked for a couple of months. Since my stone was sealed with the DuPont product I have seen no "sand" in my pool. The technician that did the work was very thorough, and spent two days working on it. I am very satisfied with the work.
