Description of Work: AWESOME SERVICE. RICK ARRIVED LESS THAN HALF AN HOUR AFTER I CALLED. HE SPENT LESS THAN AN HOUR AND AT MY HOME AND HAD MY AC UP AND RUNNING!! IT WAS 91 DEGREES WHEN I ARRIVED AT HOME FROM WORK AND I NEEDED SERVICE DESPERATELY. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED WITH HIS PROMPTNESS AND LEVEL OF SERVICE!

TWO HOURS' WORK FOR THE PRICE, INFORMATION, AND PEACE OF MIND IS EXCELLENT. I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED MORE TIME, WORK DONE, AND COST FROM THE LARGER COMPANIES.

 + -1 moreRICK RETURNED MY CALLS FOR SERVICE PROMPTLY AND WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE WORK QUICKLY, WHICH WAS VERY WELCOME AS WE HAD A COLD SNAP AND GUESTS ARRIVING FOR THE HOLIDAYS WHEN THE FURNACE WENT OUT. HE ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, WAS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND DID A COUPLE OF SMALL MAINTENANCE CHORES UNRELATED TO THE REPAIRS WHILE HE WAS WORKING ON THE EQUIPMENT, AS WELL AS OFFERED TO LOCATE ODD-SIZED FURNACE FILTERS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND WILL CERTAINLY CALL HIM AGAIN IF NECESSARY.
