CDL Test Truck

Personally you cant go wrong choosing this private trucking school. 2 Thumbs up to all the instructors Erika, Ricky, and Jessica and most importantly to the owners Billy and Missy! They are top notch professional about their academy training and have THE BEST learning tools out there readily available to all their students! I love CDL TEST TRUCKING SCHOOL! Got my Class A CDL today thanks to all these people! Stay dedicated to all my fellow trucking apprentices and you will too be a success with CDL TEST TRUCK! STAY BLESSED!

He got all of our paperwork, and then all 10 of us got going. He did make some racial comments as well as weight related comments. We were told to meet at 1 am , and that we would be "training " from 1am to 7am, and that at 7:55 we were to report to the Texas Department of Public Safety, for our test. We "trained" from 1-6am and during this time, told us that "if we didn't know how to parallel park, we weren't going to learn today", So we didn't get a chance to practice, we went over air brakes, and procedures on how-to. During our practice driving which was 10-20 minutes each, he told us not to speak while others were driving, but yet we could ask questions, and he carried on conversations with others while others were driving. When we got to the TxDPS office, there was a guy who had asked him to refresh him over the air brakes so that he would remember, and Billy told the guy to go youtube it....That guy failed. I paid over $600 to get my practice so that I could obtain my CDL because this company was recommended to me. I should have known, by the rude way that he was over the phone, and via email. I have asked for a receipt for my records and still have not received any response from them. I failed my test because I touched the imaginary curb during parallel parking, which I had no training, and just who exactly parallel parks an 18-wheeler? Now I have to take off work yet again to re take this test, because I didn't learn anything from this company that I didn't already know. I would NEVER use this company again, and I will never recommend them either. Their website has "testimonials" on it, but they are all positive, and I gave them the same review that I am giving them now, and of course it had to be "reviewed by their webmaster".

Bill was concise and straightforward in his instruction. He was also very motivational and inspiring.

I spoke with them on the phone, they told me exactly what I'd get. It's an initial $250 down, and then another $140 due upon the day of the test to cover expenses (fuel, insurance, etc). They emailed us materials to assist in studying for the written portion of the CDL exam, from which both of my employees passed. Once they passed the written test, we contacted them again to set up the driving portion of the exam, which they provide the truck and trailer with to take the exam. This is not a truck driving school, but it's a phenomenal source to get a CDL for anyone that has the least amount of experience. If you check on the pricing for truck driving schools (which granted are more intensive), you will see this as a bargain. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone wanting to get a truck CDL.

The instructor shows you how to use your driving skills and was very knowledgeable.

Billy took me on a road course and really helped me a lot and last but not least, I earned my Class A.

Was extremely pleased with Billy's guidance and leadership. Jennifer, instructor, did an outstanding job on the road exam.

Jennifer did a great job in explaining everything. Greay way to get CDL. Billy brought me out in the morning showed me how to think not drive and I scored a 100%
