+ -1 moreMr. Sauter and his crew at C & S Service Heating and Air were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and efficient. They did not try to sell me items I did not need. They arrived when they said they would, and other than having an new furnace where the old one had been, I could not tell that they had been there. They answered all of my questions about the new unit and gave me realistic expectations about when the other furnace may need to be replaced. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of equipment and the level of service I received.
Description of Work: inspected and evaluated two furnaces in the attic of the home I purchased. Recommended replacing one of the furnaces immediately. Removed the old furnace and installed a new one.
