Water was not diverting to the shower faucet in the tub/shower of my kid’s bathroom.

They were on-time, professional, explained thing well and I was pleased with the work.

The Bacon Plumbing staff who worked on my leak were all very professional. They located the leak and provided an estimate. An appointment was scheduled and they broke through the tile and concrete to expose the leak, removed the bad section of pipe, filled in the hole and poured new concrete. The repair took about four hours. They cleaned up the area after the work was completed. All staff were very personable, answered all of my questions in a professional manner.

Cody and Mason did an outstanding job fixing our water leak. They kept me informed each step of the way, they were professional and curious and I would absolutely request to work with them again in the future. Thank you both!

Went great. Travis the plumber was very helpful. pleasant and had the problem correctly analyzed in a very short ammount of time. He fixed the water heater and got me hot water within an hour of arriving. I am well satisfied.

The experience of getting a quote was top notch, everyone from who answered the phone, to who showed up were extremely professional. However the quote seemed unbelievably high ($859) with $475 for 1.25 hrs of digging. If you do the math on that it breaks out to $380 an hour to dig a hole. That seems border-line predatory to me. Long story short I dug the hole myself in 1 hour and had a master plumber come out and fix it for $221.

I knew I had a problem because my toilets started not flushing and backing up and I first called Bacon Plumbing for an estimate, they sent two guys out (Cody I think) and helper they ran camera up line and said we will get back to you with price. That did not happen the day we were leaving town for Thanksgiving trip to see my mom the toilets backed up I called and they sent a nice young man out Travis who snaked the pipe and gave me a bid, this was great because I was not at the house I had a lady watching my animals. Travis kept me informed and gave a bid on fixing problem, $863 if I became a member $1004 if I did not. After I returned from trip I called and set up an appointment to fix problem, I said "send one of the two guys that have been to my house and ran a camera into drain", they said ok and I set up an appointment for first thing in morning 11/28/18 well first thing in the morning ended up being 2 in the afternoon, supposedly had an emergency and of course they did not send either plumber that had been to my house. Johnathon and Colten worked hard and dug a big hole but then he said we can fix it but we may have to cut pipe and see how far the roots go back into pipe. I was worried because up while they were digging I saw very few roots, i told them it was too late around 5pm to start that, the next day did not work for me either so we booked them to come back 12/4/18. The guys did a great job and covered the dirt and marked off the hole. I also signed the bill for digging on an iPad, but print is same and not real easy to read, when I printed the bill on my computer they had marked that 3 *3*3 hole was very wet/ heavy roots I called and spoke to Joe and said "No it was dry and pretty much no roots" they said no problem we will credit you when they come back out. PS the bid was $863 and to dig hole cost me $502? before they came back I dug out 12 more feet and I put dirt and on plastic sheet, and covered everything to make sure it all stayed dry. On 12/4 they came back out to fix pipe they arrived at 9:30 did a lot of prep work until 12:30 then left for lunch and to go to plumbing supply company for parts I had to leave the house at 13:45 they were still gone. When I got to the airport I called Jonathan and said I have to leave but there is a lady at the house watching the dogs that can let you in or run water or flush toilet for you. At 9:30 I landed and called the lady watching my dogs she said they finished the job around 5:30 and left and did not tell me it was finished! I called Jonathon but he did not answer so I called the office and said "Do you think it is important to let me know if I can flush the toilet" it took 30 minutes but they called back and said "job is all done" they just have to come back tomorrow to put dirt back in hole. I came back to town 3 days later to rain and they filled in most of the hole but 6 foot that I had dug had not been filled in, no problem except they did not put a plastic tarp over the dirt and now it is wet and weighs twice as much as it did. No problem I filled in hole then I looked at invoice and they said we had to dig 3 feet more to clean out but they charged me for 6 feet. I called the owner he said "I will look into it and call you back" he never called me but one off the office ladies did call and said we are crediting $323 dig charge basically we will only charge you for what we did. On 1/15/19 I look at credit card statement and "NO CREDIT" so I call and leave message, the next day I call again, tomorrow I will dispute the charge. The job cost $2310 or $1447 more than the quote, they did a good job I think but way too much work on my side. Next time I will do it all myself.

Absolutely top notch! Workmanship was EXCELLENT! Very clean lines for the water heater, re-routing the pipe into the wall, so I could install stackable washer-dryer. Then, we decided to replace the sink faucet...on spur of the moment. Bryon is efficient and personable. I will request him for all of my other jobs. Many thanks for a job very well done!

Water is continuously running, I think they did a great job. superlative work by the technician. cleaned up after themselves, showed me that the toilet is working but still having some problems. I haven't called them yet. I've got no issues with them, they have a good customer service.

Great! Deacon and Cody did a great job. They were prompt, efficient and professional. Cleaned up areas they worked in, removed old heater and made sure everything worked great. They were also very professional when they gave the initial estimate. I would highly recommend them

This is the second time we have called Bacon. They are always very responsive. Each time they have tried to sell us much more than we needed. The first time we bit. The second time, we didn't use them. Estimate was twice the work and more than twice the cost of others. The first time, they installed a new gas line to the house. It was more than we needed and expensive. The work was done well, and there were no problems.

They did an excellent job. My only complaint is that they didn't allow me to price them out before arriving. When I called asking for prices, they said that only the plumbers that arrived on site could do that. I confirmed this pricing arrangement after stating that all I need was a drain cleaned and wanted a price for this. They wouldn't do it over the phone. I ended up going with Bacon Plumbing since the other plumbers that offered pricing options, wouldn't be available until the following day. In a pinch, Bacon works, but I won't use them for normal work that is not time sensitive.

Bacon Plumbing came out and helped me discover some drainage problems that were the result of a previous install gone wrong. They corrected the leaking conditions, which involved working in a tight crawl space, and completely explained the fixes and repairs. Sandy and Austin were a good team and have earned well deserved praise for their efforts. From estimation to completion the project took 1- 1/2 days.

Corey M was punctual, polite and fast. I appreciated his professionalism. He explained the process and was honest and quick. Overall very pleased with the service. I did feel it was rather pricey for the services rendered.

A little confusion about calling my daughter, instead of me, but when I expressed that i needed the garbage disposal fixed as soon as possible, they sent a crew out to my home promptly. He and his partner were helpful, professional and quick. My 2 toddler g-babies were napping and they kept it quiet as requested. He explained to me about garbage disposals and that it only takes a few minutes to install, which they did. He was informative and for once I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. Thank you!! Very impressed.

Cody was very knowledgeable about several questions I had about our plumbing. He was patient and answered all of my concerns. He unclogged the drain and it is still working well today. 🙂
