Arrow Mechanical Heating & Cooling

Arrow Mechanical did an excellent job. They exceeded my expectations. The put in a higher seer for the same price than what I thought I was going to get.

This particular visit was just a regular maintenance visit, but as always, the service was great.

I must provide a caveat to this: I have American Home Shield as a warranty product, perhaps this company would better serve customers without a limitation on their service charge. My upstairs air conditioner went out over the weekend. I filed a service request with AHS and Arrow was assigned. They called Monday morning and we established a window on Monday afternoon for the call. They did arrive during that window.They confirmed the unit was not running.They replaced the Contact and the Cap.They checked Freon which was fine as I had serviced both units at the start of the summer. The unit ran and began to cool. By Wednesday the unit had stopped cooling again. Important to note it is 102 outside and this is the upstairs. I again notified AHS. Arrow contacted this morning at 7:30 amThe only 'window' they have available is 4 hours this afternoon where either I or my husband must be available between noon and 4pm, neither of us are available as one of us would have to take off work and the other has a critical appointment that cannot be shifted. The next available is tomorrow, where again one of us would have to be home. Given that I am the customer and have already stayed at home for their 4 hour window for the first service call, this is the second service call for the same problem which they did not fix obviously the first time I don't believe this is the proper approach. I am very unhappy especially given the outside temperatures.
