Description of Work: I need a third party independent appraisal for the home I was selling. Most appraisers these days will only do residential appraisals for lenders. At best, they take on the business reluctantly. Mr. Ghormley of Appraisal Solutions was responsible, professional, friendly, and very quick. The appraisal was useful in my negotiations with the buyer. I would not hesitate to use him again.

 + -1 moreHe was prompt and courteous. He explained his process clearly. He took pictures of the street view and outside of the house. He took measurements of all structures on the property, and asked questions to verify things (such as whether or not we had central heat & air in all buildings, etc.).
Description of Work: Josh came to our house to appraise it so we could finalize a remodel loan.
