Description of Work: The installer, lectured me on how the distance was an issue and that I should have never purchased the service. He was making it seemed like I should have him do the work because of the distance he could or would do any follow up work. I was a little put off by how nonprofessional he was.

Description of Work: Snaked out a backed up kitchen sink and replaced the flapper in the toilet. Have used them before - friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: They had to replace our outside shutoff control box equipment because there was a leak. Great communication by owner and team. Very polite, professional and helpful in evaluating a couple other small plumbing jobs. They offered to do them, but also advised me how to handle them ourselves very quickly and cheaply. Description of Work: I had a stopped up kitchen sink that had plagued me before. I called A2Z because my original plumber never returned my call. Michael and Dillon arrived exactly on time and introduced themselves. After looking at the problem, they went out for their tools and then called me into the kitchen. They showed me the problem, described why it happened, then showed me how to fix it. Good company, good employees, would use again.

Description of Work: Repaired a leaky toilet and replaced the plumbing for a bathroom sink that was stopped up.

Description of Work: We had a clogged drain and purcashed coupon from Angie's List. Casey, the owner, called and spent several minutes with me asking good questions and history of the back up. Call was scheduled with Jason who arrived per appt. He went over with me the history of the drain and went to work. The coupon included a video of the pipe but it was not possible to do because of the narrowness and curve in the drain pipe and the difference in the coupon is to be returned to me. Overall, very professional, timely, and job well done. We have had several companies come in over the years. All cleared the pipe but this was best experience we have had.

Description of Work: They identified the problem, gave us a quote and fixed the problem. Great guys, will definitely use them again. The only issue is mine, in that it's awful expensive, there were no surprises in their quote. So I presume that the price is what we should have been charged, I just don't like parting with my money.
