Excellent. Came quickly (after business hours - about 2 hours after I called him), fixed the problem (bathroom sink drain stopped up) quickly and charged a very reasonable fee (we were expecting to be charged more). Sink is now draining without any problem.

I received several estimates and talked with each company and Casey Mitchell with A2Z Atomic Plumbing stood out. He was very knowledgeable and to the point. The $900 included the $150 for inspection/permit so the price was about what I expected to pay. I called on a Thursday and they arrived the next afternoon and was finishing up when I arrived home. He showed me where everything was, how to turn up the heat if needed, and answered ALL of my questions. He came later than scheduled; however, if you've ever used any plumber before you know that a job can last longer than anticipated. Everyone at A2Z was professional, cheerful and helpful. Casey was the ultimate professional. He took time to show me what the problems were, make suggestions as to the fix and took his time on the repair. I will use his services again.

This afternoon, I went outside to check my drip hoses around my foundation and found water bubbling out of the ground near the foundation- just like a spring. I called another plumber that I found here on Angie's list, but that plumber was unable to come out quickly, so that plumber referred me to Casey at A2Z Atomic Plumbing. I called Casey around 2:00pm, and he answered the phone (no voice mail) and arranged for two of his crew to arrive a couple of hours later. They got right down to work. They had to dig down to reach a broken pipe joint and there was a shut-off valve and bleeder valve there that I didn't even know was there. It all had to be replaced. They installed a new shut off valve, got rid of the bleeder valve, installed a new access box to make it easy for me to get to the shut-off if I ever needed to, made sure that the new box was raised slightly above the ground line, cleaned up after themselves, and got everything done before 7pm. The price - $350 - was reasonable for the amount of time 2 plumbers had to spend on this, the digging they had to do, and how quickly they responded to my call. Additionally, the two plumbers were both very professional, courteous, and helpful. In all my 30 years of home ownership, this was the most professional plumbing job I have ever had. Bottom line - fast response, honest information, competent, and professional - and fairly priced work. I would definitely use them again.

Jason the tech on the job did tub and shower work on two bathrooms. He worked hard and did exactly what I asked and more. He was always polite and professional and I would recommend him for anyone with a plumbing need.
