We called Friday and they were booked so we scheduled for Monday. They called to confirm but we missed the call but they fit us in Monday evening which was great. It wasn't an emergency but it was nice to get it taken care of! While they were in one of the bathrooms I heard what I thought was the radio which I thought was sort of strange. But it turned out that Casey had installed a drain like ours but never tried to repair one so he had found an instructional video online and watched it - going the extra distance.

I lost water pressure during the night and had water standing in my front yard. I called A2Z about 7:00 on Saturday morning and Casey said they had a full day scheduled. He said he would try to come that afternoon but he wasn't sure he could come until the next day. At about 4:00, on the day I called, Jason called to say he was on his way. At about 4:30 Jason and Michael arrived. They found where they thought the leak was (I thought they were about 5' off). They put down a piece of plastic to place dirt and grass on. They then removed a square section of grass that was about 20" X 20" and dug down almost 3' before finding the water line. They were right on target in finding the leak, I would have dug several feet away. The supply line had a crack which they cut out and replaced. After testing the repaired line, they filled the hole and replaced the grass. From the start to finish they took about an hour and a half. Jason and Michael explained everything they were doing and I think they did a great job. I will definitely call them again if I need plumbing work.

I called on a Saturday morning and the plumber was able to come out that afternoon. The plumber and his assistant were on time, courteous and cleared a drain in an upstairs bathroom in 30 minutes. The next morning we had a pool of water in our kitchen and discovered water running down our cabinets. The bathroom that was repaired was directly above the kitchen. We called the emergency number but did not get a response until Monday morning. I spoke with Chase, the owner, who immediately made arrangements to send out the team again to find where the leak was coming from. They had to cut into the wall and were able to find the leak and repair everything. I wish I could give them a higher grade than an A, because they were wonderful!

Great - The got in and got out. Did what they said they would do and adhered to prices given to me on quote. Very knowledgeable and professional. Don't email them - you'll wait forever for a response. Call them and let them do their thing. I suggest getting a quote in advance. I would have paid more for the work done if I hadn't. I have more work for them when I have more money. Unfortunately I had an AC repair and some plumbing at the same time. They are worth every penny I paid. It was done right.....the FIRST time. Seems like I haven't run into that a lot lately.

Sunday I noticed water pouring from the overflow pipe coming from the AC in the attic. When I got up there the overflow pan 7' x 3' and 3" deep was full of water. I just knew I had another clog. Yes, it had happened many times over the years. I debated whether to call an AC man or Casey at A2Z Atomic Plumbing. I thought I'd rather call him since I trust him and they always do excellent work. Sure enough, thank goodness, he came out. What he found just stunned me. First, he went to the attic to find the P-trap was not the actual part but homemade and pieced together. He replaced it with a real one. He stated that he was sure the pieces were installed when I had my new AC installed in 2011 as the regulations had changed and they had to install the P-trap. Not really a surprise after my experience with that AC company, Star Air, and Mike Alstat the owner. Casey said there was no clog. He went to the main bathroom to check the pipes under the sink as that is where the water should normally drain. Apparently, when the house was built the plumber that connected those pipes had inserted some kind of brass thing in there that was covering more than half of the opening to the pipe coming from the AC. Casey cut that portion out of the pipe and replaced that as well. I was not there to see or hear what it was inside the pipe so I cannot explain that. Casey said those 2 things were causing all the problems. I've been using A2Z Atomic Plumbing since they installed my hot water heater in 2011 and I will never call anyone else. I did by accident when I had a problem with both toilets and that was a disaster, but I realized my mistake too late and it cost me. A2Z came out, fixed them both and we've never had a problem since. They are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, honest, courteous and everything works beautifully when they are finished. Plus they don't leave a mess behind. I just can't say enough about them. Service was provided in a prompt professional manner. Cleaned the work area up and removed the debris. I would not hesitate to call them again, and recommend their services.

Promptly arrived and took care of my plumbing situation. The plumber even stayed a bit longer to optimize my toilet's flushing capabilities and gave me friendly advise on how to keep from having future issues.

Upon speaking to A2Z initially, A2Z told me that the quote could increase due to "unforeseen issues resulting in additional time or labor". Due to the location of the water heaters on the third floor (1 of 2 water heaters was replaced) and the build of our house (none of which were A2Z's fault), several unforeseen issues arose; these issues caused the installation to take twice as long as expected and resulted in additional parts for installation, which resulted in several trips to a plumbing supply store. However, A2Z did NOT add any extra charges, even though additional parts were needed and the installation took longer than expected; we were only required to pay the quoted price (made lower by honoring a competitors coupon), which was much appreciated! The quality of the work, the low cost and the same-day service all combine to result in an excellent experience. We highly recommend A2Z and would use them again!

Jason came out on time to do the job and got right to work. He was very fast in the work that he did. Here and gone in about 20 min, I was surprised how fast and easy it was, that was the only reason that I though it was a little over priced, but as I said before willing to pay for convenience and speed. I will be using them again for other plumbing issues.

I was referred to call A2Z Atomic Plumbing by someone else and I'm so glad I got the referral information. I called around 4pm and Casey and crew were able to come out and have the whole thing done by 7pm. As far as plumbing problems go, it could not have been any less painless. There was great communication - I didn't get a voicemail when I called, but a real person answered. He told me when he thought he would be here and was true to his word. They were friendly, explained everything well - and had all the cool equipment to do the job right. I also believe the price was extremely fair. Service and quality were top-notch - I would recommend them without hesitation and will use them again!

my water bill was extremely high so the water company came out and checked the meter for me. all good. they suggested getting a plumber to come check for a leak. i chose casey from angie's list and gave him a call. he got me in within hours as he was worried about how much the leak was costing me. he listened to every water source inside the house (sinks, toilets, hot water heater, etc) and didn't hear anything. he asked about when the house was built and told me that piping used at that time had a history of splitting. we walked around outside so casey could get a feel for how the piping was laid out under my yard. then we started looking for a soft spot that would indicate water. he found what he was sure was the spot. since it was getting dark and he'd just received an emergency call, he scheduled to come back the next day to finish the job. he explained what he'd have to do and what it would cost. the next day casey confirmed that the soft spot was where he wanted to start. he dug and dug (for some reason my pipes are very deeply laid-probably because of the rocks in the ground) and found two splits in the pipe. he said, "i'm lucky and pretty good" about finding the split but this was pure talent and experience. the splits were fixed, the hole was filled, he cleaned everything up and left after wishing us well with the pipes. oh, he also showed us how to check if we're having a leak so we don't have to wait to get the nasty surprise on the bill. i recommend casey to anyone and will use him again if a need arises.

Casey knew exactly what had to be done. I had another estimate done prior to him coming by another Angie list co and their plumber said the 3rd toilet [the newest one, American Standard] in my house cold not be fixed and needed replacing, $500.00 and that he just happen to have a new toilet on his truck that day. He said that the cost of replacing the insides of the other two toilets would be $200 each and the turn off knob another $100. So other plumber cost for same results would have been, $1000.00 Casey at A to Z Atomic, the HONEST plumber, charged me $300.00 He was honest, worked hard and cleaned up after I will be using Casey and his company from now on! Please get your 2-3 bids/estimates on ANY work, even if the co is on Angie List - One has to be educated & aware of what the costs are supposed to be. If you don't know much about plumbing, you may think the $1000.00 1st bid was ok because it was an Angies list co. It was not; they may do good work too, but why pay 3x as much to get the same result!

I had a leak in my water line between the meter and house. A2Z came out the day I called them (a Monday afternoon) and found the leak. Unfortunately my house is 60 years old and they couldn't fix just the broken part of the steel pipe so they had to replace the whole line. In the long run this will definitely be better, but at the time it wasn't much fun on my wallet. A2Z came back Wednesday morning and worked all day to dig up the old pipe. They weren't able to finish by the end of the day (I have a lot of trees and roots) so they put in a temporary line so I would have water until they could come back the next morning and complete the job. They were friendly, efficient, and did everything they could to make sure I had water again as quickly as possible.

I noticed a leak coming from my slab foundation. I've used Angie's List before for general plumbing issues, but sought out a company with three things in mind: a company that had related expertise, solid reviews and fair pricing. Thankfully, I chose a company that excelled in all three areas! After calling Casey on Saturday afternoon, he said he would come out to assess the problem Sunday. True to his word, Casey came over Sunday afternoon. He was able to assess what the issue was. He showed me where the problem was originating and explained what was necessary to remedy the problem. As per the description of work form the work order: I had a kinked copper pipe from the main water line into my house. It was spraying 1/2 to 1 gallon of water/minute. Casey showed me where it had been repaired by a previous owner. Two of his technicians came the next day and chipped 3-4" into the slab and cut off the kinked copper piping. They also put in a new house valve with a new valve box (no more worrying about the city's shut-off valve if I ever have an emergency!) They also relocated & insulated the pre-existing flower bed faucet so it would be more accessible: no more climbing through the holly bushes!! When I arrived home from work, I was extremely pleased. It had to have been a messy job as the soil was completely saturated from the leak, yet there wasn't any mess at all. And the work that they had completed appeared very professional. Not only was I very impressed, but my expectations were exceeded. In addition, before any of the work had been started, I asked Casey for an estimate. In fact, when I initially called A2Z Atomic Plumbing, I put Casey on the spot and asked him for a 'range' of what I could expect for repairs. Then after he assessed the problem in person , I again asked for an estimate. The icing on the cake occurred when I looked at my bill. The total bill for the work came in less than his estimate. On Casey's business card, I read, "Honest Plumbing at Reasonable Rates". As any homeowner can appreciate, there is ALWAYS something that requires fixing. And all homeowners can relate to regretting making the wrong choice for home repairs. Knowing that, I would absolutely recommend giving Casey a call if you have any plumbing repairs! I definitely will be keeping his card handy if any friends or neighbors require an honest, competent and affordable plumber.

Extremely responsive and very patient with my Mom who lived in the home where service was provided - she had a lot of questions and concerns. Service was excellent and cost was reasonable. All was taken care of within a day or two.

I called Casey on Christmas Eve to arrange an appointment to install the gas log kit, since the kit requires the services of a professional due connection to the gas line. Casey was able to schedule me for the day after Christmas and showed up as scheduled. The kit itself came with directions that were somewhat unclear and the assembly of the kit was a bit convoluted, but Casey took time to read and understand all of the instructions (since the assembly of each different type of kit varies) and to make sure I was aware of the "do's and don'ts" when curing the logs and when using the appliance. The actual assembly took almost 2 hours, since the directions and the pictures of how the logs should be set up didn't appear to exactly jive with the actual materials. But at the end, everything was completed, the logs work fine, and the work was completed to my satisfaction. I called A2Z because they had previously done some emergency plumbing work for me that needed to be performed on a very tight schedule, and that work was completed very professionally, very promptly, and at a fair price. I am a Realtor and I have A2Z now on my preferred service companies list as one of two plumbers that I recommend for my clients, because they do quality work at a fair price. I will definitely call them again when/if the need arises in the future.
