I wake up with a list of errands to run, and find water bubbling up out my front lawn (freezing temperatures over night). My nerves become shot instantly, please be an issue on the water company's side. No such luck. The Water Company gives me the Public Works group, to cut the water off. After receiving a couple of out of office voice mails, I get the main line and Public Works is on the way to cut the water off. What do I do, my nerves are shot, and I can't think of how to navigate through the Angie's List Website, I haven?t had to use it. I call the 1800 number for Angie's List, did I mention nerves are shot? The most wonderful customer service rep, sensing me being overwhelmed. Offers to send me the top 5 Plumbers...She in turns sends me 8 Top reviewed plumbers. I?m winning! I start to call around and most plumbers are about 2-3 days out (Holiday Week). A2Z Atomic Plumbing offers to come the next day, which is great response time, based on the Holidays. They got there when they said they would be there (actually earlier), they greeted me and repaired my issue within 2 hours - 2hr 30min approx... They were pleasant and treated me as if I were a valued customer...Angie's list and A2Z Atomic Plumbing has a customer for life... All my neighbors and friends will hear about them? I believe in them so much, I bought 3 Angie's List Memberships as gifts...It's the next best thing to being there, when you want someone trustworthy to do the work when you cant be there for loved ones... (That's a free Marketing slogan-wink)

As I stated, they cleaned-up what little mess that was made. They met or exceeded all our expectations for that work. All the work was done in an hour and they answered all our questions. We will put them on our future "to use list."

Purchased a slab leak locate service. The guys arrived and quickly found the general area where the leak was. They could not tell, however, if the leak was indoors or right outside. Instead of destroying our bathroom and finding it was outside, he recommended installing a new main house cutoff valve and that way we could be 100% certain if it was indoors or out. They came back a few days later to install the new cuttoff valve and determined it was outside. A few days later they came back and finsihed the job of fixing the actual leak underground. It took alot of man power to get to it, as it was about 2.5' underground surrounded by alot of roots. Both gentlemen were great and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

Things went very well. They were polite and quick and thorough and very fair with pricing. They had to go on the roof to do the clean out and it was a nasty rainy day. No complaining, just great service. I will have them back out for the necessary repair AND another plumbing job (repair toilet) that I was going to do myself. I trust them more and the price they quoted made the decision easy.

Very good experience. Owner Casey is an honest broker, and he and his team do professional work. Several times we've needed work on a short notice or weekend basis, and A2Z is extremely responsive. Casey makes good recommendations on solutions, sometimes offering several options with pros, cons, and cost impact. Would use them again.

It went well. The leak wound up being pretty hard to detect. Once it was detected the water line in the slab had to be disconnected and a new water line run through the ceiling.

We had a water leak in our old cast iron pipes under our slab foundation. In order to fix the problem A2Z had to break out three holes in the slab-two in the kitchen, one in a hall closet. A2Z replaced about 10 feet of old pipe using just the three holes. The project took three days, so we were unable to use the kitchen for that length of time, but the crew kept the dirt and dust to a minimum. They took extra care not to damage new kitchen cabinets; protected the carpet in the hall and surrounding areas, and cleaned up after each day's worth of work. We were pleased with their professionalism and their promptness. The cost of the project was quite reasonable seeing as to the amount of work it took to complete. The crew was friendly and kept us informed as to their progress each day. They were upfront about the cost and duration of the project. We were very happy with the result. I have already recommended A2Z to friends.

When the plumbers that repaired a leak under our slab would not come out and finish the job by installing a new toilet flange, I had to call someone else. A2Z Atomic Plumbing responded to my call quickly, gave me a price quote and set an appointment over the phone. On the scheduled day, they showed up when they said, went straight to work, and completed the job within the time-frame and dollar amount they had quoted me. Pretty much the definition of good service.

It was difficult to find a plumber to come out and do the work since it had just rained. A2Z came out got on the roof and cleared the blockage in no time through the sewage vent. They were quick, clean and courteous. The price was good and there was no shock when presented with the bill. Hopefully I don't find myself in a bind as I did today but if I do I would definitely cal A2Z first.

Apoitmentwas scheduled between 4:30-6. They arrived at 4:30. Repair and replacement of parts took approximately 1 1/2 hrs. They answered all my questions and did not make me feel like a pest and adjusted faucets several times to be sure there were no further leaks. The washers etc had worn out due to age. Very satisfied overall. I had initially been quoted $135-150 over the phone

Everything was done quickly and correctly.

I bought the Big Deal for drain cleaning. I had a shower drain that was very slow to drain. We had used drain cleaner and a snake on our own to unclog the drain and were not able to unclog ourselves. A2Z were happy to schedule on a Saturday. He came out and accessed that he would have to go on the roof and go through the vent pipe. I believe he was there about 45mins. and had it unclogged. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely use this co. again.

They did a great job and were very thorough. They have very reasonable rates. They were hard workers and nice guys.

I called A2Z Plumbing at 2:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon and within an hour two plumbers arrived to help. They diagnosed the problem and even brought the necessary part with them. They completed the repair quickly and I was back in business. The guys were very professional. I would not hesitate to call A2Z again if I have a problem.

It went okay. Analyzed the problem, but said that was the one thing they didn't repair. Was willing to make recommendation of another provider who handled that kind of work.

They spent a lot of time and determined the clogged drain was a city problem. It was a very hot day and I thought they did a very good job.

I needed a trusted plumber and I went through Angie's list and I called A2Z Atomic Plumbing and spoke to Casey Mitchell the owner. I explained I had a drain that would clog every month and would also back up into the shower and tub. I also explained to him the previous plumber unclogged it but did not fix the root cause of the problem. A2Z came the same day I called. They were very provessional and took their time identifying the problem and answer all my questions and had some very sofisticated tools. They found the problem to be a sewer man line break. They cleaned the line so I can use it and asked me to contact the city since they thought it might be too close to determine if it was the city or my responsibility. They could have not mentioned anything about the city and taken my money. I am very impressed by thier honesty and their know how to. I now have a plumbing company I can trust and will highly recommend it. If the city says is my responsibility to fix it, A2Z will be doing the work for me.

I was really happy with the work Casey and Michael did. They were quiet and clean. I was working from home and they were very courteous and kept me informed to what was going on with the project. I would use them again!

Work was done in a time and efficient manner with input throughout the entire process. Will use again and also will recommend to friends.

Contacted them and within 1 hour they returned the call. Arrived on schedule. Had 2 leaks at the front of concrete slab. Repaired the leaks. Cost was very fair They will be the ones I call for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Perfect. Rep also discussed other plumbing in home and performed free review/check of other systems that might need maintenance. Very professional and service oriented.

Very well. We were extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the employees and their work.

We had an outdoor pipe that was leaking. We noticed there was standing water outside, even in the hot days. I am quite handy so I decided to take a look. When I took the cover off the outside shut off, I noticed the shut offs were covered in water. I pumped the water out and started digging in the mud. The faucets were buried in mud up to the valve. Believing the faucet was bad, I kept digging until I realized it was not the faucet. The problem was deeper, in the pipes. The deeper I went to more difficult it was to diagnose the problem. Fearing the worse, I contacted A2Z. Two men showed up at the expected time. They took over the digging. The problem was a copper pipe that had probably been leaking since the foundation was poured. Roots from trees and bushes were surrounding the area to benefit from the leak. The amount of pipe with which to work was about a half inch. While I do have experience with a torch and solder, I was extremely happy I called a plumber. The A2Z plumbers sealed the leak quickly and faster than I could have. They were very professional and did excellent work. It is easy to refer A2Z Atomic Plumbing. We are very pleased. Oh, did I mention, this all happened on a Saturday.

Casey is amazing! First, he spent 10-15 minutes on the phone with me (at his own initiative), telling me things to do to hopefully find and repair the problem so I wouldn't have to pay him or any other plumber to come out. This, despite the fact that his father-in-law had passed away that day or the day before and his family was in the middle of funeral arrangements plus had plans to go on their summer vacation the following week. When that didn't work, Casey put me on the schedule for one of his other master plumbers to come out after the weekend. When I mentioned that I would have to do the diagnostic work then and do the actual repairs after I got paid, Casey offered to let me pay him out over however many paychecks that I needed to. Over the weekend, we found the week and repaired it, so I called the company and cancelled the service call. Yesterday, when he returned from vacation, Casey followed-up to make sure that I had received everything I needed from his company before closing out the ticket. I have never received so much care from a contractor who did not even get paid. Also, I can't remember the last time a contractor offered to extend terms to me for work performed on my home. I will definitely be using this company in the future!
