I had a tenant call me up at 8:30am telling me their water heater was leaking and we needed to replace it. I recently decided to stop using my previous plumber due to a bad (and costly) experience and hadn't yet found a new plumber to use for my rentals. I started to call around but the first few places couldn't get out the same day but I was recommended Casey (the owner) by a previous employer. I called him up and he said he could get someone out there in the afternoon. By 5:00pm I had a new water heater installed. I couldn't get to the house to meet them but my tenants said that the crew were very professional, courteous and tidy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend them to my friends.

Casey came out the same day we called. He did an extensive evaluation of what we thought was a slab leak - determined it is a less extensive plumbing leak. He was very through, and took the time to talk to us about the problem and what is needed to fix it. On a side note, I am much calmer now that I know what I need to do! (Thanks Casey)

They 2 service technicians showed up on time and went right to work. They cleared my drain then called me out to observe while they sent the camera into the drain line. It was really nice to see how cleared the drains look - also the technicians reported the pipes are in good condition.

Casey, is very reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. His estimate included provisions for what could occur that would require more labor and time. Thankfully, nothing occurred but I was prepared should it arise. He managed my expectations and there were no surprises. He is also very patient in explaining what the problem is and how it must be fixed. Clean up was great and during the 2 day job he was very respectful of my property. Highly recommend.

We have lived in our home for 1 week and this is the first time I've ever had to call a plumber. I've heard horror stories, so I was trying to prepare myself for the worst. All of the plumbing in my house backed up on Memorial Day. When we used the sink in the kitchen it would cause water to s*** from the toilet. When we flushed the toilets it would back up in the bathtub. It was awful. I called A2Z atomic plumbing at 5pm on Memorial Day expecting to leave a message and (maybe) be called back the following day. I did leave a message and Casey returned my phone call in less than 5 minutes. He told me he could be at my house between 10am-noon the following day so my husband stayed home to wait for him. Because of the horror stories we were prepared to wait all day for someone to come out and overcharge us and not fix the problem, but Michael called at 10:10am and said he was 15 minutes away. He was at our house before 10:30pm and had finished the job by noon. He also put the toilet back in place that we had taken off the day before while trying to troubleshoot the problem ourselves. I was impressed with both how quickly Casey got back to me and my husband said Michael was very professional, cleaned up after himself, and stayed at our house for several extra minutes running all the water in the house just to make sure it was actually working well. I have already recommended A2Z to a friend of mine looking for a plumber and will use them again in the future.

Michael ws very punctual (about 10am) and conscientious about my plumbing needs and walked me thru what he was doing. The leak repair in front yard seemed to be more difficult than planned as there were a coupleof trucks and three guys (including Casey, the owner, I think) working it when I re-visited at noon, although some of that was getting the right parts and tools off of the other truck. I went back to work and figured the work was about to be finished. Later, after 7pm I got a call from Michael saying he had finally got the pipes repaired and was ready to leave. When asked he said there was difficulty in getting the pipes soldered due to water seepage or something and he had help from another crew member to get it done right. A2Z Atomic honored the quote I was given and I am a happy customer and have provided serveral referrals to folks I know . This dreaded experience turned out to be far less expensive than I feared and the plumbers were very pleasant and professional. I felt kind of bad that the job took far longer than planned and was really expecting the proce to go up - but they stayed with the quote that had alrady been givenfor the job. I will be using A2Z to fix that drain issue in the near future. And referring to all that need plumbing work!

Everything was great. Michael showed up right on time after notifying us he was about 10 minutes away. Looked under the sink and noticed that our drainage pipe hadn't been glued EVER. So, yeah, that explained it. He took it all apart and glued it up. Then we asked if he would check a sink for us. He had to snake out the drain, and now it works great.

Casey returned my call while I was leaving him a message. My old toilet in one bathroom had cracked and was leaking water. He helped me decide on a replacement toilet, and I decided on a mid-range one. We set a day for them to come out. They arrived promptly, removed the old toilet and installed the new one. They cleaned up after themselves. The toilet works great and I am pleased with it all. The actual billed price came in a little under his quote, which is always a nice surprise!

Casey is a great guy. The first appointment went smoothly and both workers were polite and efficient. Shortly after, the cartridge that was installed in my shower malfunctioned and Casey came and replaced it with a new one free of charge. This is what I hoped would happen, but how often do we really get the service we deserve anymore? I really appreciated him being honest and fair (he could have told me it was a new problem just to make more money from me). Having a brand new toilet in one bath has made me want to change the other two! I'll be using A2Z for all my plumbing needs from now on.

He diagnosed the problem and told us what the solution would require. Rather than tunneling or breaking the foundation he replaced the line by going through the attic. It went just as he said it would. We had another Angie's List plumber give us an estimate. The quote was 4 times higher. We're sure happy we called A2Z Atomic!

They arrived when promised, completed the work quickly and well, and I have had no problems since with their work

While I was out of town in December--no one was home--5000 gallons of water was used. A whistling sound was diagnosed as a slab leak. I had the water turned off so that I would not have to return immediately to have it repaired. When I came home, I hired A2Z Atomic Plumbing to repair the leak. However the whistling sound did not return when the guys turned on the water, and there was no detectable sound of water running.So now all I can do is wait for the leak to continue. I will call A2Z Atomic Plumbing when this happens.

I called Casey at A2Z based on the reviews on AL. He seemed to have a diversified plumbing background. I called on Thursday at 6:00 pm and Casey answered the phone. I explained my issue and he told me he couldnt get to me Friday but if it was okay he would swing by later in the afternoon Saturday. I made sure he knew this was not an emergency (didn't want charged extra for a weekend service call) and he said he understood and if he couldnt make it Saturday he would come by 1st thing Sunday morning. Casey and his assistant arrived late Saturday afternoon/early evening. They checked the elements on HWH and determined I needed new thermostats. They completed the work in under an hour and then spent time educating me on water lines, slab leaks and foundations as I just moved to TX from Ohio where I am accustomed to having a basement. Casey was courteous, proficient and patient with all of my questions. I would hire Casey again in a heartbeat!

I am very pleased with A2Z Atomic Plumbing, and Casey will be my first phone call the next time I need a plumber. After having two different home warranty plumbers out to my house in less than 6 months to investigate blockages that kept relating back to roots coming in through a break in the sewer pipe, I decided to hire a plumber to do a camera inspection. I called A2Z Atomic Plumbing and spoke to Casey. I had no problems scheduling an appointment, and Casey and Mike arrived in the early part of the time window provided. They were polite, professional, and efficient. They identified the problem quickly, and we scheduled an appointment for the repair. The camera inspection was on Friday, and the pipe was fixed the following Monday. The sewer pipe wasn't in a critical state, so I was very happy to have the problem resolved that quickly. Casey called me on Monday to update me on the status of the repair before I returned home from work. Despite already having had a long day, he and Mike worked well past dark in order to repair my broken sewer pipe. They were great about communicating their progress to me and cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly, though, Casey is an honest guy. He didn't try to convince me that I need to replace the entire sewer pipe. Since most of it still looked good via the camera inspection, his recommendation was just to replace the broken part. I really appreciated the honesty, and that's why I'll go back to A2Z Atomic Plumbing again. The final cost was consistent with the quote I was given.

We bought the sewer line unclog with camera. They were very responsive and came out next morning. They called as requested 30 minutes before and was very friendly and professional.

We noticed a significant amount of water in our backyard on the DAY we moved into our new house. so we called a plumber to identify the issue. The first plumber who came out identified it as a slab leak and gave us very little information + an estimate of $3,700. We decided to get a second opinion so called Casey at a2z Atomic Plumbing. He squeezed us in at the end of a very busy day, quickly identified the issue and took time to thoroughly explain the issue and what our options were. His estimate was less than half of the original quote that we received. They fit us into the schedule quickly since we weren't able to have water on at the house and arrived just slightly behind schedule on a Saturday morning. They completed their work very efficiently and professionally and took great care to protect our wood floors and do minimal damage to our walls while rerouting. Once the work was complete, they took time to walk me through all of the updates and explain the best way to take care of the new frost free faucet in the back yard. Once it was all said and done, the work was complete for $750 -- three THOUSAND dollars less than we were originally quoted. Bottom line: they were extremely knowledgable, professional and affordable. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services if needed in the future.

They showed up on time and were very professional. Did the work that was asked and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

The slab leak investigation was done. No leaks were located. He took the time to troubleshoot all obvious water leaks on the around of the residence. He provided professional service. As an real estate investor the price was very attractive. A sewer inspection was not done. It would be nice to see a sewer inspection coupon too. The only thing I will ding him on is his punctuality. I had to call me to confirm our time. He missed the three hour window he blocked for me. If he would have called me first to give me a heads up, I would have gave him an "A" even though he was still late. I can't fault a business owner trying to make money. It was fast, reasonable and a better turnaround time than anybody else was offering.

Plumber made an emergency call, he worked quickly and neatly although having to work in a very restricted space. Fixed the problem and the bill was exceptionally fair plumber was friendly and professional and cleaned up after he was done. I have already recommended them to a friend who used them with similar results

Casey was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and walking me through what was happening and how he planned to fix things. They were very professional and stayed until the job was done, which in this case was pushing 9pm. I'm really pleased with the work they did.

They team worked late into the night to clean out he drain and fixed the water leak at the front faucet so that the water could be turned back on. I used a big deal for the clean out service and a camera run down the drain. They were able to tell me that I had roots growing into the old cast iron pipes. We also found out that we had a newer PVC pipe that ran from the house to the street. They did a great job and I really appreciated them staying late to make sure everything was done right.

Purchased Big Deal but never heard back from provider. This is the first Big Deal that I've purchased where this has happened, though.

It was great. They were very quick and our issue was taken care of in one day after we called them.
