He was tied up on another job for several days and sent his brother, who is his business partner so that I wouldn't have to wait until he was free. Even though the toilet was only a few months old, he found there was a gasket leaking which caused the toilet to run periodically to keep the tank full. It was a quick repair.

Description of Work: Over multiple visits: Installed a device to lower water pressure at my house, repaired a toilet that was not filling well, instructed me on how to correct a sprinkler problem, fixed a dripping outdoor faucet, replaced a garbage disposal.
