Description of Work: Tiger installed the A/C unit in 2002 and it had a 10 year warranty. We noticed water on the living room ceiling and discovered it was coming from the condensate pan. We called Tiger and asked about their prices - we were told $69.00. We assumed that was the hourly rate. A repairman came and it was actually my husband who suggested how to move the float around and have the shut-off and pan work properly. The repairman did clean and blow out the condensate piping. He was here around an hour. Little did we think that the $69.00 was the trip charge - to drive maybe 3 miles. The service charge was on a flat rate pricing and the bill was somewhere around $275.00. I was very upset about the misrepresentation of their billing when we first called, and the total bill was out of line.
