Description of Work: I took an old Mac G-5 I was trying to revive to Tech Time. They were very helpful, and Jacob, the tech who did the work, went beyond the call of duty to get the thing running again. Very satisfied customer.

 + -1 moreI was on the internet when all of a sudden I began getting weird pop ups, I shut down my computer and when I turned it back on I received a screen telling me the FBI needed a money gram from a local store mailed to them for $400.00 within two weeks or they would shut down my pc. I freaked out and call techtime and they reassured me that is just a virus and to shut it back off and bring it in. The fixed it a short time and charged a small fee for what I thought was a lot of work. The laptop runs faster now than it has in a few years and they had it out in less than 2 days. I would recommend them to anyone needing computer work or to buy a computer from. They have been in business in Rockport for over 15 years, and I have used them on several occasions over the years. I have also recommended them to several friends and was thanked for the referral as their experience was the same as mine.
Description of Work: I had a virus removed from my laptop. The guys at techtime did a wonderful job of removing the virus, speeding up my laptop and updating windows, and all my programs.
