Sigwald Service Heating & A/C

We called for an appointment not expecting to get one due to everyone needing help. They fit us in immediately and the problem was solved. We are very grateful for their professionalism and prompt attention.

Well, he said the scheduler would call me back that afternoon or the next day, so when she did not, I called late the next day and left another message. I was very polite, and just asked if she got the message that we needed another appointment. No response. Tried once more a week later---no response. Not only that, but I never even received a bill for the service, which I would have been more than glad to pay. I feel as if I have been "blacklisted" by service/repairmen in this community, and I truly don't understand why or what to do about it. There is no one else to call. My house is only 7-8 years old, but if we have another air conditioning problem, we may just have to buy a new unit to get anyone to respond, or pay a huge amount of money to get someone from Corpus Christi (which is about an hour's drive from here) to come out.

Mr. Sigwald provided the service himself but we've had other workers come. Twice yearly they inspect our hvac system and prepare it for the season. He also worked on the whole house de-humidifier. It's hard to get lower humidity in this region and he took the time to explain the various issues and made some adjustments. I appreciated that he took the time to go over things with my husband and me.

Darren Sigwald came out promptly, even though it was a holiday weekend. Fixed the problem in just a few minutes and did not charge extra for Saturday/holiday. He is always prompt and professional.

wine refrigerator wasn't properly cooling. called Sigwalds they scheduled an appointment - the serviceman arrived on time - thoroughly checked the refrig from top to bottom - readjusted the control knobs which I had messed up. MY BAD - 6 mo later it is now right on point -

I have used Sigwald Service many times for A/C repairs, and have always found this service to be great, but never knew he did appliance repairs until I found him listed on Angis List! I was very satisfied with the service....I called in the morning, and they scheduled the service for the same day. They called 45 minutes before he arrived just to let us know he would be here soon. He had the necessary part on his truck, and repaired the wine cooler in no time. He was professional, and knew exactly where to start. He explained what was wrong, and completed the job in less than one hour. The price was great, and will continue to use him for A/C repairs, and now with appliance repairs.

This was the first time I used them. I picked them because they also did appliance. I needed the two things looked at and it just was more efficient to have one person come out. The person who came out was quick and efficient. I didn't think the job would be this expensive but I haven't had to do this for several years. They were responsive. They were able to schedule it when I needed it to be scheduled. I would use them again in the future.

Darren Sigwald is the owner. I spent about $125 on the repair. He is very good and very professional. I would use his services again in the future.

I called the a/c service at the recommendation of several local people. I had just purchased a home and the unit was not working. The scheduling was very prompt. . . .and the service persons were here when promised. They were able to find the cause of the problem and take care of it immediately.
