The move went well from start to finish. When I say from start, I mean from the time I called their office. I got a girl on the phone who was very educated about moving, for a moment there she was even able to get me the prices on U-Hauls just in case I wanted to rent a U-Haul myself. I decided those trucks are way to big for a 5ft woman to drive. They sent me 2 guys who were very polite and courteous. They loaded the truck faster than I was prepared for. They managed to stay patient with me and my dramatic self. When we got to the new house I was very particular on how they placed my stuff, the last moving company scratched the floors and the paint on my walls at my old house. These guys carefully placed my things, I haven't found any damages yet. Most importantly they put together my sons brand new bunk bed, I could have never done that myself. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I was scared at first, a lot of my furniture is very old. Me and my husband both have furniture handed down to us from parents and grand parents and some of it is very fragile, and I live on a 2nd story apartment. The guys they sent did a great job. First, they got my whole apartment in one load, that blew me away... do you know how long I have been collecting things? Second, they were incredibly fast. When you are paying someone by the hour they usually try to take their time. Third, they were so careful. I almost came apart at the seams when they were starting to move my grandmothers hutch. I was just thinking anything could go wrong at this point.. No. All of my furniture made it safely on and off the truck. Fourth, those boys have some patience. Me and my husband had not put much thought into where things would go in the new house. Those boys stood and listened to us going back and fourth about all the big pieces of furniture, he wanted it here, I wanted it there... on and on and on. They never got frustrated with us, they just kept doing their job. I was very impressed. I do not plan on moving again, but if by some chance it ever happens (knock knock) I wouldn't have to think twice about who I hire.

I used them to move me to the outskirts of town. They came in very professionally, they did not waste any time. I was impressed with how quick they were. I have been through all my things, and found no damages, and all my stuff was here. They didn't charge me any extra fees, as the last people who moved me to this area did. If you are looking for a mover, I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again for taking that stress off of my shoulders.

It started out good, the guys where very nice and loaded the truck with such care. Then realized when she told me 5 hours of loading and unloading that she meant total. Well okay, my 5 hours are up and I know they will unload faster. So, next day on delivery they were late, so I called and found out the truck broke down and they where sending another truck to transfer everything into. Well things happen and I understood. Well to say the least when they got to my house there was so much damage, even my dresser was cracked in half. I asked the guys what happened and they proceeded to tell me that the owner of the company was helping and told them that they had to hurry as the tow truck driver is more expensive then the guys. They told me that he was just throwing our stuff into the other truck. I am making an insurance claim but they only pay 60 cents a pound and all my furniture was only 7 months old. I would not recommend this company as the guys might have cared but the owner sure did not. I am very saddened about what happened and I hope anyone reading this does not use this company.

The workers were polite, but damaged some of our furniture, scratched our wood floors and walls. When we complained, we were told to complete their paperwork for compensation, and send photos. The paperwork advised us compensation would amount to 0.65 a pound. After weeks of waiting and anticipating very little in the way of compensation, we received a letter denying the claim altogether. The reason? We checked the box that would have them inventory our items. The box is on the form, along with my initials on 1 contract +their initials on the 2nd contract. The contract advises that it could take more than an hour to do the inventory. Did I mention they charge by the hour?

Overall went really well, they were on time, moved fast and were very polite. There was some damage to a couple of items (TV stand came apart and a dent in the fridge). They did not tell us about the damage but did mention how to make a claim. They disconnected the washer/dryer and reconnected at the new location. Did I mention they move fast.

They moved quickly, were professional, even connected appliances again for us. There was some damage that was not pointed out to use, would have been nice if they had but also did tell us there is a way to file claims/complaints about damages in the brochure they left behind. Also alerted us to a coupon to save $50 off the first hour.

Positive: The workers were energetic and positive. They were attentive and careful loading the truck. Negative: The company recently move to the Rockport area which is 45 min. away from Corpus and got lost adding more time. One truck did not move all the things and we ended up using one of our company trailers so that we could finish in 1 day. When we unloaded at the storage unit the workers would not listen to my instruction and my family ended up moving and reorganizing the unit.

We were pleased with our service because these guys moved everything of ours over 300 miles in one day. (Our car, 5 rooms of furnishings and a boat trailer.) They had packers at our house the day before and everyone was clean, polite, English speaking, and fast. There were no hidden charges and no damages, what more could we want? We would use them again.
