Description of Work: Plumber and helper were rude and unprofessional. They broke a gas line while fixing a kitchen sink drain and charged us 2-1/2 hours labor additional to repair their mistake. After days of arguing with owners we were refunding the extra charges by the owner. Would not recommend this company.

Description of Work: Actually we used this plumbing company when we built our house in 2010. They did an excellent job. Always available when you call them If we've had any problems since the house was built (that were not their fault) - they always come promptly.

+ -1 moreWe decided to go with them because of Angie's List. They have done work for us before. They are very nice people. He is an older gentleman. A lot of what they do is definitely nice, and the pricing is average. It's just a small town so you are going to pay what you are going to pay. The man is pretty nice and will explain everything to me, and unless he can't do it he will definitely let me know. If it is something he can't deal with, he won't charge for it.
Description of Work: Marbach Plumbing came out to give us a quote for a big plumbing project 2 days ago.

+ -1 moreThey found my third septic tank underneath a concrete patio that existed before we moved in. We didn't even know it was there! Now I need to find a contractor to cut open the concrete so they can open it up.
Description of Work: I had a problem with my sink off and on for about ten years. Other plumbers have looked at it and didn't solve the problem. I called Marbach.
