+ -1 moreThe contractor Bill Tyner did not give an estimate of the work after repeatedly asking him for it. He did not return calls. Had two appointments with him and he never showed up. A professional person would have better responsibilty if they want to stay in business. Angie's list should never promote contractors who are not responsible. One good thing I never paid any money up front.
Description of Work: Dug the ditches and installed PVC for water lines & electrical. No termination of either. Installed a double 50 amp breaker which was a used breaker.Did not complete running the wire for the septic system which was part the work he was to perform.The float wire was connected with the black& white wired to gather in which the pump ran continous until the pump burned up.Will not return calls to pay for the cost of repair.
