Description of Work: Paint interior entire 2-room condo. Replace a bathtub. Secure and install carpet.

Description of Work: We had our condo remodeled and Albert and Greg were great. They sanded and repainted all our cabinets (they were a mess) both in the kitchen and the bathroom. Replaced all the doors (even closet doors). Replaced all the accessories in the bathrooms (towel racks, door and drawer pulls), made custom medicine chests when we couldn't find any that would fit, fixed and replaced rotted window frames, replaced light fixtures, painted, installed shelves, fixed the ceiling water damage and helped manage other contractors doing work on our property. There were so many other things I can't think of everything, but there wasn't anything that stumped them.

Description of Work: Albert oversaw the delivery and pouring of concrete of the carport slab which I had framed up. Albert is a man of his word and does good work.

Description of Work: Came several times to repair sheet rock from busted pipe and install insulation in attic. Excellent service reliable honest and does an excellent job!

Description of Work: We purchased a 30 year old condo that needed some updates and general repair. Albert changed light fixtures, did electrical work, fixed cabinet hardware, changed out doors, put up bathroom grab bars, painted, worked on toilets and sinks, replaced worn hardware on a sliding glass door, and added a screen door, fixed smoke detectors, added a privacy door to a toilet area, added a shower curtain rod, replaced and painted base boards, and repaired loose decking.

Description of Work: Built a set of wooden stair steps for a mobil home.

Description of Work: I used Handyman Solution. The first time he came, he was referred to me by a young lady that lives here in the same trailer park. She bought herself a new trailer, and then she had him come out, and he was doing some work for her, and she kept saying how great this guy was. I told her to have him come over and see me when he was done. We got talking, and I told him what I wanted to do, and he said that he will look and see what it looks like. He went around and said that the ducting of the air conditioner was gone. He said that it had gaping holes in it, because the animals had been chewing on it. I asked him if it could be fixed, and he said that he would look around and find out. He came back the next day, and said that we should get rid of the one that was there, and get a steel duct, and rebuild it. He said it wasn't going to be real cheap because the duct material is expensive. He went and bought all the equipment, and started working the next day. We had bought 5 windows, and we talked to him about putting them in. The windows that came out were not right, and the guy was giving them a hassle about it. They re-ordered the windows, and said it would take 2 weeks to get them. He did the air conditioner, and gave me a price on the windows. He put in the windows one at a time, and the air conditioner is working better than it ever has in this house. The windows are phenomenal, and I had him put in a front door. It was leaking air a little and then it started dragging on the floor. He said he would have to buy a new door, and cut it down. He came back and said that he didn't think I needed a steel door because it would cost $1400 to buy and cut it down, and he suggested a fiber glass door. He also put a screen door for me, and he did the whole thing for $1200.
