+ -1 moreHe charged me the $100 and he was not even there 30 minutes. I texted him on the weekend and no first response. then i text again and on Sunday his manager as she mention as she was also his wife said even if he wasn't there the whole hour he will still charge that fee which her husband the electrician never mention to me. then she insulted me in saying he lowers the price when he imagines if its his aunt, grandma. I told her I am not old to be considered that. I felt insulted. she also said he was suppose to leave me a proposal which he didn't. anyhow it came to now i have to hire another person. I mention at least refund me $50.00 and she said no. So everyone just always make sure who you hire will keep his word if he is professional and not a handman as he says.
Description of Work: In Mr. Fred and my conversation on the phone he had mention to me that he would not just charge me a $100 and hour but within that hour he would repair what electrical work was needed. I had ceiling fans area only basically top area that needed work because all the bottom outlets work just fine. I had given him a breakdown on what the issue was and to me he just basically just stuck his little component to the outlets and went to the back of the box and that's all he did. I feel I could have had a handy man do that and pay less.

Description of Work: Coastal sign and lighting Installed a floor outlet for me. I provided the outlet. They were great, super friendly and the quote was honored. My issue was that the install was sloppy and overpriced. I am disappointed with how bad it looks - crooked and not flush with the floor - and will be having it redone when I have funds available.
