Coastal Bend Hard Surface Cleaning

Did not confirm appointment. Did not do two rooms. Did not move the few pieces of furniture in the house and cleaned around the furniture leaving the tile and grout under the furniture not cleaned. Charged more than submitted in the his proposal. Mr. Turner was unresponsive to all my questions. Claimed to have cleaned all spaces. I would not recommend John Turner or his Coastal Bend Company. It was an extremely unprofessional experience and very disappointing result.

John did a very good job on this project. The grout was totally black in this white floor. When he was finished it looked like a brand new floor. I could not believe it!!! I agree with Bill B.---can anybody really be that good? But I have to tell you-YES THEY CAN!!!

John was very professional and did a great job on my long-neglected shower. He provided a free estimate and then completed the job the next day. The work was done as agreed on and for the amount estimated. I was very happy with the work. He also provided some additional valuable information.

My experience with this pro is much the same as the 5 other reviewers, i.e., very good. Can anybody REALLY be that good? I guess I'm sort of the suspicious type. He is certainly a modest and congenial fellow.
