CSide worked with us from start to finish on our kitchen remodel. We were originally only going to do a backsplash. But then while in their showroom, we saw a quartz countertop that we immediately fell in love with. Danny, the owner came out to our place & measured everything & gave us a quote for only the backsplash. Then another quote for the countertops and new sink/faucet. And then another quote for the countertops and new sink/faucet + backsplash. We found the cost to be reasonable & gave authorization to get started on the whole shebang! Once the materials were in, they were installed in a timely manner. Adam, the tiler did a fantastic job on the backsplash. And IMO, went above & beyond to get the job done correctly! The entire kitchen feels/looks brand new & is absolutely stunning! Can't wait to show it off to friends & family. 100% recommend CSide for countertops & backsplash!!

I thought it was weird that the tub did not have tile surround when we moved into the house so this was one of my top priority jobs We looked at several places and finally settled on C-Side. The store had lots (almost too much) of samples. Someone came to the house to measure and give a price. It was a little higher than I wanted to spend but a lot less than some other places. A neighbor with a similar home had had them do her surround so I decided to go with experience. The tile arrived quickly and the worker showed up on time. Only one guy did the job and he seemed a little inexperienced but the boss came by a couple of times to check on the work. It took 2 half days--the first to set the tile and the second to grout and seal the grout. Overall I'm happy. I did feel like the installer was not as experienced for this job as I'd have liked. There are a couple of places where I thought the tile could have been cut for a tighter fit. Also the first day he left the stack of tiles right in the middle of the bathroom floor so I had to move them. Not as tidy as could have been--dust and debris was left in the tub. So far the tile seems well set. I'd definitely use them again.

I had about 50 sq. ft. of ceramic tile floor that had loosened after a flood. I had called others to repair this but no one ever showed up. On a local online newsletter, someone who had also been stood up by contractors and was looking for a recommendation for a reliable contractor. C-Side responded and suggested that they be called. Because of this, I called them. I was told that someone would come by (I am 5 blocks from C-Side). But no one did. I called again and was told someone would come by between Wed. & Fri. (the work was to be done at my place of business so I would definitely be there on those days) but again no one showed up. Can't really say anything about their work if they don't show up to do any.
