Dennis was experienced working with HOA restrictions and he knows Texas state requirements for pools etc. We had been trying to educate ourselves but once we hired A-Z, Dennis was able to take care of it. The crew was good about double checking with us about gate placement,… as they were installing the fence. They cleaned up nicely when the work was finished.
