Not good. Next day I asked him to come by and he was thinking his guys had done a good job, given the conditions. We ended up agreeing to disagree.
Description of Work: There's a guy, Erasmo Nunez, who poured some concrete inside my house in Harbor Oaks. I couldn't inspect the work after it was done because the concrete was wet. Well, next day I find a definite high spot, a ruined front door threshold, a door that won't open because of concrete too high, a flawed entry step, and areas where I'll have to float to make it seem level. In addition, his workers slapped concrete on my front door and took bottled water from my refrigerator . . . . And then left the bottles lying around the yard! Next day I asked Mr. Nunez to assess the work, and he thought they did as well as they could. Also, he bid the project for a certain amount, asked for $300 more than the estimate, then said, hey, give me $100 more than what I estimated. Sure, there could be more to the story from Mr. Nunez's point of view, but this is my side.
