This contractor was on time, everytime agreed upon. He was precise with work task. He was polite at all times. He was interested in providing information about the cause of our problem.

Michael is extremely professional, courteous, and dependable. When he says he will do something he gets it done. I am so pleased with his work and customer service and will definitely hire him again. He communicated with me every step of the way and never left me wondering if or when he would come back to finish the job.
