Install a new water heater

Extremely responsive and customer oriented. From the time I called Asics until they arrived. They'ed called me three times with an estimate, describe the process to me and then an ETA. Once they finished, they left the area cleaner than they found it. Jon gave me a great explaination of dos and don'ts. Yes, it was expensive but, I don't know much of anything involving plumming that isn't. Given the quality of the water heater they installed, their responsiveness and excellent customer service, I felt I got good value for my money.

Asics was prompt to respond to my needs. They were very professional during the repair and offered options and advise on several plumbing areas. If you need a repair I would highly recommend them. I felt the rate is a little high but did not do quote comparisons because they where able to give same day service and that worked best for my needs at the time.

I was very pleased with the promptness of his response. He not only did the work in a timely fashion, I had asked him for a couple of estimates on other plumbing issues. I am very pleased with the work.

Overall the service was excellent. he was very professional and friendly and keep me in the loop. he was very comfortable discussing my different options with me. When we agreed on what was best he did the job very smoothly and did not leave a mess for me to clean up.

The service technician was knowledgeable, efficient and installed the shower hardware correctly the first time. He showed me how to tighten the shower lever in the event that it loosened over time. He was on time, courteous, and seemed to take a lot of pride in his work. We plan to call him again when we need a plumber.

My brother was having problems installing a shower head, handles, spout and drains for his master suite bathtub and seperate shower. I purchased this Angie's List Coupon for $200.00 worth of plumbing services for $119.00 for my brother for Christmas on 12/24/12. Jonathan came out first thing Friday morning on 12/28/12. He informed my brother that he was trying to install Moen hardware on Delta existing hardware and it would be a major job of changing pipes to make it work. He told my brother of a good place to get good Delta parts and came back out first thing 12/31/12 (New Year's Eve) to switch everything out for no additional charge even though he had to make two trips. My brother was very happy with the new hardware and the quality work that Jonathan did. Since then, I have had Jonathan come to my house (1/3/13) to fix a leak under my sink. He replaced the hot and cold knobs that turn off the water under the sink with newer versions because mine were coroded. I especially appreciated that he made sure not to leave any mess behind and left the bathroom the way he found it. He even made sure to turn off the light on his way out!! He only charged me $75.00 for everything. I thought that was very reasonable. My brother and I were relieved to have the jobs done so timely and by a professional. I will defintely use him again.

He responded quickly and came on my first available date.Jonathan was very friendly and professional. He explained why and what he was doing. I mentioned that I had a tankless waterheater and he asked if it had been flushed. I did not know that it was needed and he explained why and what could happen if it is not done. His next visit will be to flush it for me.

Our guest toilet had an issue where it was no longer properly attached to the floor and had a rocking issue. He put in a new attachment on the floor that was better quality and went deeper into the hole than the old one. While he was working on the issue we had the toilet replaced. He was very friendly and gave me detailed information about why certain things needed to be done and also did a courtesy check on our hot water heater while he was there. He was a great plumber and very friendly and professional.

Asics Plumbing Services were a vital part to the new bathroom added and the updated master bath. There were several existing water and gas lines that needed to be moved or removed. The work was done quickly and professionally. No delays in the work progress resulted from their work. In fact, because of their timeliness and work ethic, the job progressed smoothly. They also flushed out tankless water heater and installed a new kitchen faucet. Again, the work was done seamlessly. When the work on the master bath started, they were there quickly to remove the toilet and sink. And when it was done, the fixtures were put back in place. The sink was crooked from the orginal installation. This flaw was corrected by Asics. They could have put it back like it was but that is not their style. I would and I will use them again in the future.

Called ASIC and was scheduled quickly. Jonathan responded quickly and was able to make the repair to the leak from the pipe and finish the bathroom sink installation in a little over an hour. Was very pleased with his workmanship and professionalism.

Jason came right away when scheduled. He assessed the situation and considered options. Attempted to correct the situation with the least expensive approach. When it appeared that would not be successful, he tried again just to make sure and succeeded in removing the blockage. Though it seemed the problem was solved, he verified it by different and repeated tests until he was satisfied the job was completed. There has been no recurrence. I will definitely be calling on Asics Plumbing Services for any future plumbing needs. What a find!

Jonathan was very patient trying to reproduce the problem (which suddenly wasn't an issue when he was there) and make sure the problem got solved. He worked very meticulously and explained as he was working. I appreciated his honesty and hardwork.
