Steve Naylor Counter Tops

My kitchen counters look great. Steve was both polite and helpful. His bid and final price were the same. His men were promt and polite. I was glade I took Steve's advise and remove drawers and covered things. I also used a dropcloth to close off the room. Really helped.

Steve is a great guy. He went above and beyond to get my counters done fast. My time frame was very tight. He even went out of his way to pick up my new stove as I was not sure if it would fit into the opening after the old stove was taken out - it was a drop in, 30 years old and narrower than the new one. The two young men who performed the work were very curteous and worked very efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and it was a pleasant experience. If there was one thing that I wish they had done it would have been to cover my furniture with drop clothes - but that is something one learns from experience.

Steve's crew was in and out in a few hours. I have never seen laminant countertops that looked as good as my new countertops do. I am a do-it-yourself kind of guy and do not like paying contractors to do anything in my own home, but I would use Steve again and encourage you to do the same... FANTASTIC WORK!!!

Great guy, patient, friendly and very nice. As far as the work is concerned-what was promised to me in 2 to 3 weeks by other companies, Steve and his guys completetd the job literally overnight. I had a very limited time to complete the job and he assured me that not only would the job be completetd but that it would be completed way ahead of schedule. He delivered exactly what he promised-Outstanding!

Counter is beautiful, but my sink got chipped and the plumbing leakes and requires that I hire a plumber.

They were great and fast. They did a great job; the only complaint I have is that they made a mess by cutting the parts inside the house and they did not clean up very well.

I have been trying to get new counter tops for 15 years, I've had several people come out measure, give me a quote and even picked out the color I wanted. I never heard from them again, finally I found someone who did what they said, came out when he said he would, and installed them 2 days later! when he said he would. Steve and his crew were GREAT! Steve Naylor is a man of his word--says what he delivers and delivers what he says. Crew (Del and Randy) was on time, counters were installed PERFECTLY, cleaned up as if they weren't even there. Can't say enough good about how professional Del and Randy are. They went over and above what was asked -- our kitchen island top was a great salvaged piece of old butcher block with squared off edges. Randy asked if we wanted our butcher block top corners to be rounded mirroring the countertops. Of course, I said yes. When he rounded those edges, the whole kitchen was in sync. THANK YOU!!

Great job. They were professional and took their time with the installation. They did not rush and also worked with me on last minute decsions that I made. Also, the price was very reasonable.

Our chromecraft laminate table top had bubbled up after many years and we were unable to find anything we liked as much.
