Steve met with me quickly and was nice & straight forward with the info and price. I was a bit surprised to see that someone else actually did the installation, but he did a great job on the countertops. The only things that could have been better were if he had used a shop vac to clean out the drawers & cabinet that were left messy. And it would have been nice if he would have replaced the smoke alarms that he took down.

The crew just left the house. The job looks first rate. The resurfacing makes a huge difference in the look of the kitchen. I recommend Steve.

They completed the job on time the same day. The gentleman were very professional and went above and beyond on my project. For example they replaced some termite damaged wood to ensure good support for the counter tops. They also advised me of plumbing issues and how to repair them. My wife and I are very pleased with the appearance of the new countertops.

They were very professional. Completed the work within the time frame they originally stated. Work was completed exceptionally well. They left you with tips on how to continue to keep the countertops in good condition. They wasn't sure about some plumbing work and insisted on me getting a professional plumber to install. They didn't just complete the work and do a horrible job and leave me with a mess after the fact. They took pride in their work performed. I would recommend these guys to any one needing counter top work done.

Steve showed up within 20 minutes of us calling, to inquire about an estimate. He is great and spent alot of time with us, listening to what we wanted. He gave us a great quote and we decided he was the guy for us. The install happened a week later and I cannot rave enough about the work they did. It looks AWESOME! His son was one of the installers and he was such a nice guy. Both of the men did fantasic work. They even did things we weren't expecting, like fixing rotted wood under the sink. They laid all new plywood for us. I would and will recommend Steve Naylor to anyone who wants new countertops! We are more than impressed!

Steve came out immediately to give me a quote. He worked with me on the price and even threw in some extra work like fixing some woodwork that I messed up before he installed the countertops. His two workers came out the next morning and knocked it out. The countertops are in my business and considering customers see these tops everyday i'm glad I got a true professional like Steve and his crew.
