As others have said, it is dusty, they warn you ahead of time. They are not kidding. Great job and super nice people. We are very happy with our experience with Steve Naylor Counter Tops. - As a side note, we are happy with the look of the HD Laminate as well, no regrets there.

I needed to upgrade the bath and kitchen countertops in a rental property so my dad could move into it. They had a gazillion samples to choose from and helped me pick one that was both affordable and attractive. They showed up when they said they would and finished right on time. No surprises in the pricing, either. I am very pleased. I will call them for all my future laminate replacement counters.

Steve really knew his stuff! And he was available to meet with me and do the work on my schedule, even the evening after work hours. Very pleased with the results!

Mr. Naylor responded within 20 minutes of my inquiry, on a Sunday! His estimate and information about the product we chose was excellent. The crew arrived on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I will use him again when I am ready to redo my bathrooms. I highly urge others to call him.

They were very prompt and did an outstanding job repairing a chip in my countertop--it required a routing process by hand since the laminate edge was inlaid into a wood edging, and was done with great skill. I would certainly recommend them for future work.

Be prepared for a lot of dust. I wasn't. I did not realize that it would be that dusty from cutting. They cleaned everything the best they could.They did a great job...looks wonderful. I would recommend him to you. It is worth all the extra work. Great job!

Mr. Naylor was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He had not problems leaving many samples for us to compare and didn't mind us price shopping. His son and daughter showed up and closed off the kitchen with little interruptions to our day to day activities. The work was completed very nicely with a great deal of attention to details. We sent pictures to our realtor and the family buying our home. They loved the look of the kitchen.

You will want to use Steve for covering your couonters. He shows up on time, for estimate, even calls if 5 minutes late. No fuss, quotes the job, gives samples. Then his work shows up ON TIME as he planned. got the job done very nice, cleans up, very polite to work with. You want to get him in for a quote and to do the job.

Very impressed! They came on a Sunday evening to give an estimate and take measurements and the following Friday the countertops were custome installed. Would've taken 3+ weeks if we had used a BIG home improvement store and we would've had to provide measurements. The installer did a great job! Thanks!

The last minute request for the payment to be check or cash - had the appearance of a company that was unstable. Charge cards and debit cards are todays normal mode of payment. This perception made me nervous about the install - the workmanship exceeded my expectation. Skillfull installer, well equiped.

Our project was a very large church kitchen with counters going all around, an island, and a food service bar. We got 3 bids and Steve's bid was well under the other two. The job was so large that it took 2 and a half days to complete but the workmen worked long hours and the end result is beautiful! Every member of the church is impressed with our new countertops. Job well done.

Showed up on time, about 15min. early. Did outstanding job. Completed job in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with the workmanship. The hardest part was picking out the color, but Steve suggested a color that would go great with black or stainless apliances and it looks great. I have had a couple of people stop by that saw them working and wanted to see the work. They also loved the workmanship. I gave them the number and details. well spent money, i didn't expect to get this kind of quality of workmanship, i would recommend to anybody that need formica countertop.
