Good Job

After I installed cooktop, I realized it's off about 1 to 1 1/2 inches off center. I didn't say anything to Steve cause i am not sure how that could b fix ?

I have been a construction superintendent for 30 years. This top installation was as good or better than any laminate top installation I have seen. Very friendly installer, very professional. The installation does make a mess but they do a good clean-up job. Make sure you listen to them and get EVERYTHING out of the cabinets receiving new tops, it will make you much happier with the final product.

They were on time, cleaned up well after finishing the work. Paid good attention to detail to make sure I was happy with the job that was done. The stuck to their original bid as well!

Did a great job - was a little late (about 40 minutes) I had to call them to ask when were they coming - I would have given a 5 if they had informed me they were going to be late

Father and son work very well together. Steve was prompt in returning my calls and getting the job started quickly. Randy was polite and stayed on task with the project till it was done. Like 'em both!

Don't waste your time and money at Lowes or Home Depot. Call Steve. Faster, simpler, better, less expensive,etc.

Mr Naylor left a young man to do this work Had little or no supervision by Mr Naylor and when he was finished I found he had hooked up my bathroom sink up backwards and left the dishwasher unattached. No response form Mr Naylor except how reattach the dish washer. Had to have someone come out and repair sink. Some time later I found that the bottom of the edge was raw wood. Guess how I foound that out?

I was very pleased with every part of their service. I have only had two counter tops installed prior to this one which does not make me an expert, but I am very pleased with the way the project came out.

Steve gave a written estimate and stuck to it. though it was higher than other bids i received,he included options other companies could not or would not do. final product is a FANTASTIC looking laminate countertop with crescent edge molding, and a beautiful flush-mount stainless steel sink. my wife and i are very happy with our updated kitchen counters!

Steve and his wife were very accomodating in coming to quote me on my project. Dale is obviously a very skilled artisan and detail oriented professional. The only reason I dinged them a little on Service is due to Dale having to perform the project without any assistance. Since he was working by himself, the job took 13 and a half hours. But to Dale's credit, he performed just a carefully at the end (even cleaning up!) as he did at the beginning.

I love my countertops! They did a great job and fixed small things, such as shimmying up my sink in order to place the new backsplash. They go above and beyond to do the job right. Excellent customer service! Thanks guys for everything :)

Steve and his boy did an excellent job and was here on time, did the job as we had ask, did some small extras at no charge, finished the job on time,and did a very good job of Clean-up. he took away all of the old "Take-out" . I only have one problem. I had ask for Plywood in place of Particle board. He gave me what appeared to be Hi-Quality product. I am sure he is confident, as I was at the time, that it was a quality material. The problem is that when a little water gets on the Plywood, it "Wrinkles" the surface. This is why I did not want Particle Board. It is not Steves fault, but it is something of concern. boba

On time, consceintious, courteous, very diligent on the detail. Job looks great and I can't remember the last time I could say all of that about any contractor! These guys do it the right way. You'll enjoy working with them. We have and will gladly use them again.
