Steve's Custom Counters was great to work with from start to finish. The counters are beautiful and they also installed a new kitchen sink and disposer and hauled the other away. Randy did a great job on the installation all in one day! These guys really know what their doing!

From our very first phone conversation, Steve was polite and informative. He and his sweet wife came out to measure and assess our replacement of 20 year-old laminate tops with the latest Wilsonart "looks-just-like-granite" laminiate. We also wanted to build up an eating area to counter height. No problem! He also suggested a new no-edge undermount sink. All this for a reasonable price. Randy and Richard, in one day, removed the old tops, built a new table base, replaced the sink, and installed the new tops. Words can't describe how thrilled we are with the quality workmanship AND how professional and NICE these people are!

Be aware Steve upgraded us to a "round edge" counter and what was installed was a beveled edge with two seams on the edge. He argued with me that this edge was referred to as round edge but I have never seen a counter with a 45 degree bullnose called a round edge. To make matters worse he left nail holes in my wall. This man was unwilling to compensate me and still insisted on full payment. He is far from a professional and even had a few racial slurs. Not PC

Beautiful work! Quick, on-the-spot installation. We had some miscommunication, but Steve & Janie corrected things immediately. My only negative is minor - installers did some of the prep work in my living room. I had sawdust in my window sills and on the floor. Try the new Wilsonart laminates that Steve introduced me to - beautiful and resembles granite without the headaches or cost of granite.
