We are thrilled with the excellent job performed by Steve Naylor Counter Tops. Steve and his wife were professional and knowledgeable in the sales phase of this project. They provided excellent advice with regard to the specifics of the project, what we could expect and in the specifics of scheduling this project. A two man crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job of installing our new counter tops as well as cleaning up. We are very pleased with the outcome of this project and would unconditionally recommend Steve Naylor Counter Tops to anyone looking to update/redmodel their kitchen counter tops.

Steve and his wife were very helpful and fair in planning and estimating the job. The installers were on time, expert and did a nice job of clean up. I did have small damage to my floor which they said was my fault . I do not believe it was. I did not appreciate their reticence to be proactive in taking care of the issue. I spent several hours doing the repair myself.

Called right away & set up appointment for estimate... scheduled & did job day said they would.

Be prepared for a big clean up after words. They do a great job of sealing off the work area and cleaning up after words but there is still a lot of dust everywhere. They are such craftsmen in their work and they could not be nicer. A great experience for me and I love my counters.

Very knowledgeable about all types of counters. Steve offered excellent advice. The price he quoted was the final price, no surprises. The counters were custom made on site. His quote was much less than from previous quotes. The final product is excellent craftsmanship. We are extremely happy with the end product.

Del and JD did an excellent job on the install and worked for 12 hours to complete it. They went way over and above what we were expecting. The job was completed in a very professional manner and when they finished the area was cleaned up and looked as though they hadn't. been there. Would highly recommend Steve and his crew to anyone. Pricing was good with no surprises at the end.

i am really please with the work

We are happy with the quality of the work, but as mentioned in the other reviews the clean-up was lacking. I had some glue on the floor including on the carpet about 10 feet away from the counter top. Also one of the "helpers" kept sliding on the floor in the sawdust causing some scratching in the flooring. That being said I have given his card and this information to a coworker for a bid from them.

When he came to do the estimate, he brought new samples of laminate he had just received. My daughter and her husband changed their previous choice on the spot. They showed up on time; made and installed the countertops on site; even made a special trip to get the undermount sink that she wanted at the last minute. They cleaned up both inside and outside before they left. Countertops are beautiful! Workmanship is excellent! Her mother in law has already had Steve out to give them a quote for her home and her job should be done soon. Great job! Great contractor! Thanks HomeAdvisor.

I was very pleased with the work that was done, the man that installed the countertops was good and the job turned out very nice.....I did have a problem with the mess that was made....the clean up effort was lacking
