I recently purchased a house that had old, ugly countertops, so had new countertops installed in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Naylor's also installed a new sink, faucet & disposal in the kitchen and new faucets in the baths. They changed the level of the counters in the master bath to make one long continuous surface, and extended the island top in the kitchen to make a breakfast bar and more workspace. Everything looks great. They arrived on time when they said they would and completed the job in about eight hours. They cleaned up all the mess and hauled away the debris. I would have given 5 stars all around except for this one problem: While installing the guest bath faucet, the worker broke a water supply pipe. They did come back two days later and repaired it at no additional cost to me. However, when the water was turned back on after 24 hours, as instructed, the pipe burst loose under the house. When I called about this, they refused to follow up any further and recommended I get a plumber to fix it -- at my own expense, of course. Their reasoning: it could be a different pipe that broke and not their fault at all. Everything was fine until they broke the pipe in the first place, but there is no way to prove whether it was their repair that was faulty or not unless the pipe can actually be seen. I don't know if this is usual for a company to not keep working until they correct their mistakes, or if they actually went "above and beyond" by fixing it that one time, since I have rarely needed contractor work done.

My countertops look amazing! The job, from estimate to finish, was handled in a very professional manner. The work was completed in one day, and they even cleaned up! I would definitely recommend this company!

I love my counter top. The shape of my counters are not average and also have curves and corners. The guys came out and started and finished the job in one day. Now my kitchen is complete and I am in love with the counter top and my overall experience.

Very professional! Steve came to my house to give me an estimate as well gave some great alternatives and suggestions. Randy (Steve’s son) and Brandon did the insulation all in one day, they custom fitted all the counter tops on site I have a U shape kitchen I still cannot find the seam it look like all one piece no seam what’s so ever. I am extremely impressed and happy with the work they did and they left the work area spotless after work was completed. Plus the great part Steve saved me over 30% over his competitors. Very pleased - arrived early, ready to start. We dealt with a few "surprises" with structure, but made some fast revisions and the end result is fantastic. Very professional and very skilled. Extremely pleased with the final product - changed the kitchen to a beautiful area. Would definitely recommend them again.
