Steve Naylor Counter Tops

The counter turned out great. They were fest to install. The issue we had was their communication- we?d call and almost always went to VM, they said they?d call back by a certain time but would be hours or a day later. If they improve this part of their company, they?d get 4 stars for sure! The price could have been a touch less, but they did a great job, so I?d hire again.

Steve Naylor and his employees were very professional in all forms of the business. They cleaned the property before they left and the work was exactly as I expected and was completed timely. If I ever need their services again, I hope they are still available.

What a great company! Steve and his wife were so nice and knowledgeable, and the gentlemen they sent out to do the work clearly knew what they were doing and went above and beyond to make the counters look AMAZING. They did the work quickly and efficiently and the clean up was pretty thorough. I love the outcome.

I was concerned about several things I had read on other reviews such as: the damage to plumbing and mess created. But, I found that they cleaned the kitchen and there was no dust left behind. Also, they accidentally cut the water hose to dish washer and they immediately went to Home Depot and purchased a new one and replaced it. The installers were serious and worked diligently. The countertops look terrific. I intend to use them in future projects.

Steve is very easy to work with and his installers do great work. I will definitely be using them again on my next project.

Steve and Janie made the whole process so easy and very affordable !!! I had to reschedule and Steve had no problem with the adjustments!!
