+ -1 morewell they did drill a well to depth and it does provide water. That is where the good ends, they do not communicate well, I had to ask for update constantly. They said they would be done by the 19 and they finished on the 29. Their contract is one sided and once you sign you are responsible for everything they are responsible for nothing. So when their equipment broke and covered my building with hydrolic fluid it was my issue not theirs. The fact that it ruined asphalt because they did not clean it up when it happened is my responsibilty. If you want to use these guys please take the contract to a lawer for review and adjustments first. Buyer be ware and read the one sided contract very closely. They actuall do not even promise you will have a useable well. I had to clorinate the well 3 times to get it to pass a bacteria test. It was well over a month from the start date to when I could use the well to provide my house water.

+ -1 moreI thought the service call was way too high, but this is our first time to have a well, so this may be what every well service charges for a service call. He was competent and very knowledgeable. This is a family-owned business and you could tell he took pride in his job.
Description of Work: I did a service call to find out why there was so much air in the lines. He checked the pressure of the pump and the holding tank. He found the problem (a valve had been turned too tight)and reset it. He said the pump was pulling too many amps, and that it was probably failing but that it could last till tomorow or for several years. He suggested waiting until it failed to replace it.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY AND DIAGNOSED PROBLEM AS SUBMERGED PUMP BEGINNING TO FAIL. PULLED OLD PUMP AND REPLACED WITH A NEW UPGRADED MODEL. EXPLAINED DIFFERENT STYLE PUMPS SO WE COULD DETERMINE THE BEST ONE FOR OUR NEED. EXPLAINED BEST WAY TO KEEP PROBLEM FROM HAPPENING AGAIN. VERY HAPPY WITH PRICE AND SERVICE.
Description of Work: OUR WATER WELL WOULD PUMP ONLY A VERY LOW VOLUME OF WATER, BUT WOULD PICK UP A LOT OF SAND.
