Description of Work: Diagnosed and replaced electrical board in Maytag dryer. This repair was during Christmas and the response was slow. I thought the cost of the part was very expensive ($354.00 not including the initial $92 fee for the first service call). They did not have the part on hand and had to pick it up locally from a supplier. I waited two more days for the company to return one of my calls to go ahead with the repair. Finally, out of frustration I called the service man on his cell to set up the repair. I learned later that they were having their company holiday party and weren't answering the phone. It seems to me that they would have had someone stay behind to take calls or forward their service calls to a cell to provide adequate coverage during the holidays. I was able to work out everything through their service man, Martin, who was very pleasant and professional, no thanks to the company which never returned any of my calls.

Description of Work: Repaired an outside outlet and put a cover on it, replaced GFI outlet outside, repaired/installed LED dimmer switches, installed 4-gang outlet in office, serviced breaker panel, tightening down everything.

Description of Work: Installed two ceiling fans, one interior light fixture, replaced an exterior light fixture and installed and wired one new exterior light fixture in less than two hours.

Description of Work: I use them for my electrician. We needed an additional outlet in the utility room. We've used them for about 4 years for a number of projects. (install a ceiling fan, security lights, etc. )
