It went exceptionally well. Vance responded quickly and was extremely professional, communicative, showed integrity, and best of all did an excellent installation. Randy was onsite to oversee the work that was being performed and explained the entire process to my husband and me. He assisted us with getting the warranty setup and was sure to get any necessary permits needed. This is the second unit his company has put in for us and we will continue to use Vance in the future. I will highly recommend Vance to family, friends, and clients.

Naturally when your A/C stops working in the middle of a Texas summer, you go into a panic. Vance Air Conditioning & Heating was a God's send! They are not only friendly and professional, they were quick to get to the house, assess the problem and give honest advice. Their service is prompt and reliable. This is not a company that will take your money and disappear down the road. They warranty all of their work and are able to be reached easily. The Vance family are great people who run a great company. Don’t be scammed into paying less for shotty work. Vance AC & Heating was friendly, on time, and did great quick work. Even after the service, their technician gave helpful tips on cooling your home more efficiently, maintenance tips, and let you know what to expect and how far down the road. I will only use Vance AC & Heating from here on out, and will be highly recommended to any person who needs quality and professional work done in their home.

I contacted Vance A/C at about 3 in the afternoon when I discovered that it was about 85 on the second floor of our house. I figured that there was no way anyone would be out since it was already so late in the day, especially since it had been so hot out. When I called them, they said that they would definitely be out the same day. Within about an hour, the Technician (Jonathan) contacted me by telephone and said the he was heading my way and would be there in about an hour. He arrived right around 5 PM. He determined that the system was low on Freon and that it had a leak in the upstairs coil. Obviously, the parts needed to be ordered, however, he was able to get it charged up and cooling so that we would have a cool upstairs until the parts arrived and could be installed. Everyone was very professional and polite and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else needing A/C repairs in the area.

We felt that their bid was fair and that their service and employees were excellent.

The technicians were prompt, professional, polite, and took care to lay down mats where they were walking to protect my floors from dirt and damage. They were able to reuse most of the freon in the system so the repair turned out less than originally quoted. I was satisfied with the service Vance provided. The bill was painful, but A/C repairs always are and it wasn't unreasonable.

They did a good job and they were honest. There was one worker.
