+ 0 moreThe service went great. They provided a written quote through email. I thought the quote was very good and detailed. One technician came out for the job and completed the job in a timely manner. They came recommended by a friend.I was not home while they did the job but trusted them in my home. I thought they were very impressive. It was very easy to schedule with them. I plan on using the company again.
Description of Work: I hired the company to remove some roof jacks and other roof repairs. They also did some interior sheet rock to repair a leak in the master bath.

+ -1 moreBOTH THE OWNER AND HIS EMPLOYEES WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL - ONLY SLIGHTLY "ROUGH AROUND THE EDGES." THE MAN WHO INSTALLED THE NEW TILE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB--HE OBVIOUSLY HAD BOTH EXPERIENCE AND PRIDE IN HIS WORK. I WISH HE HAD ASKED ME WHERE WE WANTED THE NEW SOAP DISH POSITIONED INSTEAD OF TAKING IT UPON HIMSELF TO DECIDE (I WOULD HAVE POSITIONED IT DIFFERENTLY), BUT NEVERTHELESS, THE NICE CRAFTSMANSHIP OUTWEIGHED THIS MINOR COMPLAINT.
Description of Work: THIS JOB WAS FOR THE REPAIR AND RETILING OF DAMAGED SHEETROCK AND TILE ON THE BATHROON TUB/SHOWER SURROUND. THE WORKERS REMOVED ALL THE OLD TILE, REPAIRED THE DAMAGED SHEETROCK, AND REPLACED THE SURROUND WITH NEW TILE.

+ 0 moreSCOTT, THE CONTRACTOR, IS PLEASANT AND PROMPT AND HIS WORKERS ARE MORE PROMPT THAN MOST! THE WORKERS PERFORMED A PROFESSIONAL DRYWALL AND PAINTING JOB, AND SCOTT FOLLOWS UP WITH CUSTOMERS TO ASSURE THEIR SATISFACTION. WHEN I HAD A QUESTION ABOUT THE ROOF REPAIR, SCOTT CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE THAT DAY TO CHECK THAT THE JOB WAS DONE ADEQUATELY. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT THE INTERIOR DRYWALL REPAIR SEEMED EXPENSIVE ($275) FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME SPENT ON IT.
Description of Work: DRYWALL REPAIR IN GARAGE (MAINLY TAPE AND FLOAT LOOSE TAPE), DRYWALL REPAIR IN LIVING ROOM (TAPE, FLOAT, SKIM, TEXTURE, & PAINT ENTIRE WALL TO IMPROVE PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED CRACK), RETACK METAL EAVE STRIP AND RENAIL CHIMNEY FLASHING ON ROOF.
