Excellent! Very efficient and professional service. We had already our second home inspection done by Donald due to our recent home purchase. He did a very thorough inspection, wrote a detailed report with pictures and explained to us his findings. We received the report both times the same evening. His service was as last time around of great value to us. Donald detected electrical issues/roof/HVAC issues which could have turned out as potential hazards as well as expensive repair items. He was also helpful giving us cost estimates and referrals to technicians. We can highly recommend Donald.

Great! Don was thorough, reviewed his findings in detail in laymen's terms and provided us with a detailed, written report wth digitally enhanced photos indicating the found deficiencies. The inspection was done in the morning, we had the report via email that evening. Additionally, the report contained summary pages of his findings, broken down by category (for easy reference) and a list of estimated cost of repairs to assist with negotiating concessions by the seller. He also arranged for a termite inspector and included that in his report.

Don arrived on time and was ready for the work at hand. This may seem unnecessary to state, but I have seen many inspectors over the years that arrive on time, but spend the first hour talking us up rather than do the job they are being paid to do. Don is professional in both his actions and interaction Don thoroughly inspected the entire house, the outdoor buildings and in this case, the extensive outdoor kitchen and pool area. Normal inspections run 3 to 4 hours, but without a difference in the estimated cost, he spent almost 7 hours doing the inspections we agreed to. He also coordinated the pest and pool inspections as well, removing those items from my to-do list. The report he issued was very detailed and included estimated costs to correct the problems he found. Sadly, I wasn't able to get the seller to correct all the items before purchase, but I now have a list of things that I can work from after I move in!
