He was excellent. He work with the insurance company and got the adjuster. Coordinated the benefits with the insurance company. Reliable, does A1 workmanship and clean up the mess.

Trey was my contact for RLK. He explained the process, negotiated the transaction, interacted with the work crew, and did quality control. The roof took longer than originally planned, but Trey and the crew were easy to work with and were respectful of an event I had planned at my home. Trey absolutely made the process go smoothly and is a credit to RLK.

The team was prompt and professional. The financial side was clear and the work was done to a high standard. Most of the work was completed in a day, and cleanup done the next morning. Entire roof and all the trimmings was replaced as well as two skylights. They worked with the insurance company and after the work was done, and after insurance payed out, all we paid was deductible. we wrote them a check. Very happy customer here.

They were responsive to calls. My old roof was 25 years old, and was in bad need of replacing. The price for the architectural shingles was very reasonable. The team showed up and got to work early in the morning, and finished in 1 day. They did a good job cleaning up. The roof looks great, and I've had no issues.

This went through the insurance company, and you know when you get the insurance company involved you have 15 sets of paper. He is very accommodating. He is very quick to return phone calls. Very prompt with the service. He has a little bit of a tie in with our subdivision. He has worked in this subdivision over the years because he has a sister who lives in the subdivision, so that is how he got started. We periodically, with the hurricanes and over the last 10 years we've gotten hit 2 or 3 times with hails storms. Some of us have gotten hit and others skipped. I was hit with the last one and this one. There was one since and one a year prior that I didn't get any damage from. I did not find him through Angie's List you simply see all the yard signs that he posts in the yards. So I called him and talked to him and was satisfied. I gave him the contract and then referred him on to a couple of my neighbors. After checking with my insurance company and they had high ratings. Of course their inspectors had to come and approve the new roof before we could do anything. I had relied on my insurance agent and his staff to know these things because they had serviced his particular part of the community for many years. In addition to this Robert gave me $150 for three referrals. Now whether he gives it to everybody I don't know, but he gave it to me. We have an HOA and everything has to go through the architectural committee for approval. There are only certain types of shingles and certain manufactures and colors that can be used. He knew all that in advanced so that made it all easy. He brings the right flyer and asks which color you want. He is very quick to respond. His crew is mostly Mexicans but he always makes sure that the senior guy speaks good English because I don't speak Spanish.

I live in NC and had to handle the entire roof replacement project on my house in Houston from across the country. My roof had been heavily damaged during one of the recent hail storms. Robert was very knowledgeable and was able to meet with my insurance agent onsite and work with them. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and forward the checks. I heard about him from several of my neighbors who had used him, and I would recommend him as well.

We started with this company as they have done some roofs in our neighbourhood. We got the estimates and also got the insurance quote and he helped us will all the process. Very helpful person. We also got some other jobs from him like getting our patio painted etc. These jobs were not done in a professional way. So please stick with the roof job.

Came by on a Sunday afternoon and did the work promptly and very professionally. We are very pleased and would use him again

The owners David & partner were very prompt, and the roof was outstanding. I told the insurance company that the company come & evaluate the workmanship and gave the roof company an outstanding evaluation.

I had him put on a new roof, and I felt that he was very professional. We had bee's in one part of the roof. He had to come back out at a later time to put that part of the roof on after the bee's were removed. I would use him again. I feel that he does good to work a quality job.
