I used an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for this service. They were very inexpensive for the irrigation head installation; I thought it was good pricing. They were prompt, courteous and good at what they did. I was very happy with them.

This was an $85.00 ten minute lesson. I called him on Monday and told him I had a problem with my controller, that it was giving me a "NO MOD" message. He said he would be in the area on Thursday and he could come by at 1:00pm. I told him my wife would most likely be home, but to please call me first, because I wanted to be there to see what he did, as I always want to learn. He didn't call, but i work 5 minutes away and my wife called as soon as he got there. By the time I showed up, he had already fixed the problem, sometimes the connection between the modules and the controller get corroded and just need to be taken out and put back in. Simple as that, I realize everyone has to charge something for their time/gas, but $85 seems a little steep for 5 minutes, 10 minutes at the most. Nice guy, he answered a couple of other questions that I had, but I almost get the feeling that he knew what the problem was when I told him over the phone, and could have easily rectified the problem over the phone, oh well lesson learned.

The quality of the repairs and customer service was outstanding. I plan on having Rainscape back every year.

Ricky was very punctual and professional. He arrived when he said he would and performed the repairs to the sprinkler system in an efficient manner. He kept me informed as to what was wrong and what repairs were needed. We are happy with the service and will call him again when our sprinkler system needs repair.

They are real good. They are available and always ready to come. He is very professional and very reasonable. I made him put stickers on my water sprinklers and if anybody asks me somebody to install a water sprinkler, I'd recommend him highly.

They were very professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Were very thorough in explaining how to use the system. Had one sprinkler head that wasn't functioning properly, they immediately came when we called them to fix it.

Very professional; timely; affordable; pleasant - and works with the customer. We hired them to checkout our sprinkler system and to replace the heads where needed. They were quick and took care of a couple of leaks, too. We later had some foundation work done, and one of the heads was broken off. Rainscape came in the next day and repaired it quickly and affordably. We love their professional attitude and their timely response to our needs. I strongly recommend them and will hire them again.

I recently purchased a house and needed to arrange for lawn service. An Angie's List Big Deal came up for Rainscape that included 2 mowings and inspection of the sprinkler system. This was perfect because I had just set the system to water every few days and needed some advice on a good schedule. I contacted Ricky on a Tuesday, and he had his guys come out to mow that Thursday and met me Saturday morning to go over the sprinkler. No complaints with the mowing service -- it wasn't cut too low or high and the edging was even. What else is there to say? When we met to look at the sprinkler, he went through each zone and adjusted the heads to maximize the coverage. We discussed a couple problem spots and he took care to address all questions and concerns I had. He then showed me how to program the system and offered general advice on how to adjust it so that I can minimize the water consumption. He did a good job and was very clear. I then asked about having a rain gauge installed with the sprinkler system and he quoted a price that seemed fair. I said to go for it, and he installed it when he and his guys came out the following week for the second mowing. I asked for his prices for regular lawn service. Apparently his main business is on the irrigation side, but he is branching out into lawn service, as well. His prices were fair -- in fact, they were less than my in-laws who are in the area and actually have a smaller yard. But then, i think they are paying too much, anyway! What I liked about his pricing is that everything is a la carte. If you prefer to do your own weeding or fertilizing or whatever, you don't have to include it on your service. If you change your mind, they'll take care of it for a one time charge or roll it in to the monthly payment. Based on his work, i intend to sign up for regular lawn service starting next month. The other great thing -- there's no contract, so i can cancel at any time.

Sprung a leak in the front yard on a Sunday morning and had already lost a lot of water. Called Rainscape in the AM and received a return call 5 minutes later. More than willing to do Sunday work but unfortunately the logistics weren't great. Ultimately they could not do the work until Monday AM but appreciated the prompt return call on a Sunday.

Everything was satisfactory.

Ricky is punctual and gets right to work. I had recently moved into the house and had him come to do the winter sprinkler tune-up and also to show me how the entire system works. He took me around the entire house to show me all the "zones" and how the system was set up; he also took the time to run me through the control box and the automated scheduling. On the second visit he fixed a line break that I created from digging in the yard. He was here, fixed and gone in 30 minutes. On the third visit, I had him reroute a water line around new concrete pad and install a few more sprinkler heads to cover more area. Something like this would've taken me many hours, but he and his helper we done in under 1-1/2 hrs. Fast and excellent service. You can't ask for better. I'm very impressed with Rainscape and highly recommend them.

Not so good, but not entirely their fault. They should have adjusted the sprinklers, but I should have rescheduled again. I checked no on using company again, but if you had provided a "not sure" button I would have checked that one.

The control panel of our sprinkler system needed repair. Rick responded quickly that same day and replaced the panel. Later, after the system was tested, the backflow preventer burst, and our water supply had to be shut down. Rick returned in a very short time and repaired that part of the system. His prompt responses and helpful information minimized our inconvenience.

I was completely satisfied with the services performed by Rainscape Inc. Rick called to confirm my appointment, showed up on time and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I was so pleased with his services that I have used him several times since then for yard services and sprinkler fixes. Thank you so much, Rick for being so honest and professional.

The price was good. Everything was fine and I needed the box. They were good. I was pleased. I don't remember how quick they came out. I didn't have any complaints.

Arrived on schedule, courteous and job performed quickly. Job well done.

Not well - i.e. paid for one thing (sprinkler tune up) but got another (estimate for additional work).

Rainscape was punctual, evaluated my system quickly and performed the system tune-up I requested. As part of the evaluation process, some additional issues were reported to me which the company corrected on a subsequent visit. Since that time, the sprinkler system has performed correctly without issue.

Poor. Supposed to check and fix sprinkler system. Came after repeated calls. Owner and a assistant came by. They looked at sprinkler heads visually after putting on the zones%2c did not make any adjustments and said two of the heads were leaking slightly. I asked for couple of heads to be adjusted to cover small areas not getting water. I was told it will cost me around %24150 or so to make the additional adjustments and they will not be able to do it the same day because they had other appointments. I refused since i had paid %2459 and got nothing in return. Good money wasted in my opinion. Also%2c wasted a half day away from work.

Overall, I feel like they should checked all the sprinklers more thoroughly, perform all the duties as described instead of rushing through. They did not perform all the job on their checklist

Called to schedule - came out - quick & simple. No problems. Will call them if I need repairs or upgrades.

My wife and I have been impressed with Rainscape since last year. During the visit earlier this year, they conducted their assessment around the house (evaluated the sprinkler heads) and then spent some time with us in discussing what they found. As a result we reduced the amount of time we ran the sprinklers. They were also able to adjust the sprinkler heads of the stations to ensure we had proper coverage.

Ricky did a great job inspecting my sprinkler system. I had one sprinkler head that was too short, so Ricky replaced it with a taller one for free! I have since called him back when my rain sensor stopped working. He was able to fix it quickly and his charge was reasonable. He's an honest, hardworking man.

Very pleased with the service from scheduling the appointment, showing up on time as scheduled, thorough work done and reviewed with us what work was performed and any recommendations. Very pleased with the work from them. Will use them in the future, even out a special deal coupon.
