I did not watch work done but satisfied that was a professional job.

Everything turned out okay. I would say they were probably average. They came here when they said they were going to and they did what they said they would do.

Purchased a Big deal for Rainscape Inc. Had them come out to do an inspection on the irrigation system. He was very professional, did a great job.

The guys came earlier than scheduled time but they seemed in a rush to leave. They adjusted several heads and told me there was nothing else they can do because the sprinkler systems was installed by the builder inappropriately.

They showed up on the day that they said they were going to show up, and knocked the whole project out in one day. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and were extremely professional during the whole project. It was a job well done!

It was not working so he turned the main line on. It still was not working and he said there was another main line that he could turn on but I did not know where it was so he could not do it. He said he was going to send me a list of things to do to fix my sprinkler system and email it to me and he never did.

From the beginning, Casey with TX Irrigation did a fantastic job. They adhered to the install date and finished close to on time (due to the weekend, the inspection was delayed to the next week). They reviewed the system thoroughly and provided a laminated sprinkler map, which is very helpful. The system is working fine so far, but I have not received a follow up call...yet.

I would highly recommend Rainscape if you are looking for a yard service that "maintains" your yard and not just comes in and mows it in 10 minutes. When Ricky came and checed my sprinkler system from an Angie's List coupon, he told me when he was finished that he also does lawn maintenance. He did not pressure me, just explained what he did and said if I wanted a quote to let him know. I asked him several questions about my yard and he gave me some good advice. I liked what I heard and was wanting someone to really take care of my yard. I got an estimate and compared it to what I was paying for my current yard service, my current lawn chemical service, etc. for the year and saved a couple of hundred dollars. I pay the same amount monthly for all the services I receive from Rainscape and don't worry about anything. The guys are very friendly, hard working, and professional. If Ricky can't be there, he comes by and supervises the work. I am looking forward to getting my yard back in shape and we are already on a speedy track to do that. Thanks Ricky for your help.

Ricky Reilly arrived right on time, was pleasant and very professional. He and his crew got to work quickly, testing our system. I told him that one station had not been working at all. He fixed that one, along with taking care of several other stations that needed a tweak here and there. Fast and very competent. Highly recommended!!

The first time they came out, they mowed like they said they would a did a few touchups on the sprinkler system. Mostly just a look and twist a head on a few of the heads. Not to much was involved, but maybe there was just not that much work to do. I called to have them come out a mow for the second part of the deal, and they informed me that they had already mowed. I asked my son if anyone had been by that week to mow the lawn (he was home sick for the week) and he replied no, and that the lawn height never changed. I questions the man on the phone when did they came for the second time and he claims they came during the week my son was home. I then pressed the issue further asking that if they came, where were any of the grass clippings? He claimed they took them with them (though they did not do this the first time). I would not use this company again, as to this day have 0 proof that they ever came out other than the initial time for the initial mowing and sprinkler adjustment. For $59.99 that is a very expensive mow, especially with as little work that was needed for the sprinkler system.

He was so responsive, and he treated it as if it was "his" system that he wanted working just as well after as before. Highly recommend. For all his services, he just does things right.

We heard about Ricky through a work colleague and decided to call him for a quote. He came in advance and checked out the yard before meeting with us. He explained everything in great detail about the design of our system and was very knowledgeable about the number of zones and we needed what we did. He was always on schedule and if there were weather delays he called and rescheduled in advance. What we liked most about Ricky was that he took care of everything without us having to chase him down. He communicated well and we were able to get in touch with him easily - via email, phone, text messaging... anything.

He showed up and after assessing the situation, fixed the section that was not working, changed some parts and assessed the problem with the pipe, turned out one root from a tree busted the pipe, told me he would show up and fix the pipe and that I did not had to be here as it was in the front, fixed it the following day and sent me the bill by e-mail. Will use them to build our flower bed in the back yard and in maintenance of our irrigation system.

Ricky was quick to respond and schedule our work. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

We used him for the coupon and he was able to recommend some other jobs. He came on time and was good. I was very pleased. He was a few minutes early. He did exactly what the coupon said.

A less scrupulous person could have easily lead me to believe the entire system needed to be repaired and leave me with a hefty bill to pay. I would definitely give Rianscape the highest recommendation.

A earlier competitor made an erroneous (and more expensive) estimate. Rainscape studied the problem and completed a better solution at a lower price with a more knowledgeable assessment of the problem. They arrived on time with all necessary resources and completed the job efficiently. Now - the sprinkler system runs perfectly.

Overall, it was a very professional experience. Ricky came and inspected the system, identified the problem areas, recommended solutions. Later that day he provided a quote to get the work done. The work was scheduled for a few days later. Ricky and his co-worker showed up on time,and did all the promised work in about 2 hours.

This is the second year I've used Rainscape and I will continue to use them in the future. Great job Ricky!!

They came out and did the work as stated within the deal. There were no additional charges.
