There was an issued with the vacuum breaker that he found and took care of that issue quickly. He got the system working well and has been working well since.

Everything went fine. On his first visit, he identified the problem and returned one week later to work on it until the problem was solved. Now the effected area is watering properly

They called me to make an appointment after I purchased the Big Deal. They showed up on time, worked quickly, had parts in their truck, and repair costs were reasonable.

They scheduled me within two days of contact, showed up on time, completed their work and then showed me how to use our sprinkler system (we had bought a new house). They were definitely worth the price (we bought a deal), and I will now use them as our go-to sprinkler maintenance team.

This is the second time we've used Rainscape. Ricky and his team were prompt as usual and did a great job. And as before they came to work and was very professional and got the job done. Ricky even went to extra mile to give us some advice on lawn maintenance and our sprinklers. I highly recommend rainscape, they're professional, prompt and gets the job done. A+ We will definitely be using them again this time to do our landscaping.

They called me promptly to make an appointment and were very polite and apologetic when they explained we were out of their service area. My only complaint is that the information on their precise service area was not available to me before I paid for the Big Deal.

The service I received from Rainscape Inc. came out fine. They did a good job. He kept his word. Our sprinkler system is a hodgepodge and most people don't want to mess with it, but he told us he was going to come back and fix it, and he did.

I only had a brief encounter with them. My parents were taking care of it while I was at work. They seemed professional, polite, and timely. I would use their services again.

I purchased a big deal for the service. They did an excellent job, they came out on time and they evaluated what needed to be done. They didn't have one part, and we were going to be out of town that weekend, so, they came over the weekend, I had given them permission to come in, and the did the job, and it was excellent. There was a piece of equipment that was out, and there were a couple other items that went into the sprinkler, and so I had to pay more, but I was happy with the price, he seemed reasonable.

I called a few persons I found on Angies, either there was no answer or they didn't return my call, with the exception of Rainscape. We missed each others call a few times but Ricky never gave up and always returned my call. We explained what we wanted and Ricky went by the house made his assessment and upon our approval he went ahead to arrange having the work done. He was prompt and timely, sent the quote to us the same day and was never once pushy about getting us to make a decision. He was very helpful and gave great advice. We thought his price was fair. Although we could have used more sod, Ricky knew we were on a budget and worked with us. With regards to the work, we couldn't ask for better. Him and his guys were always there on time and did a full days work. I must make special mention to his staff, they were very hardworking and never slacked off on the job. Even in this Texas heat they kept going!! They were polite and worked hard. All in all I am very pleased with Rainscape. They were prompt, did a great job and Ricky gave some great advice for our lawn. I definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Excellent sprinkler tune-up service and great customer service. Ricky reviewed entire sprinkler system with me and if needed adjusted sprinkler head and zone watering time. I will definitely contact Rainscape Inc. for future sprinkler system tune-ups.

They did a good job. They were friendly and courteous. Also, the small job did not seem to bother him one bit.

The initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to rain but Ricky called several hours prior and scheduled the new appointment for the next day. He arrived ahead of schedule and promptly went to work checking all sprinkler heads. Mario his partner rerouted the sprinkler head and Ricky continued to check all other zones. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely use the service provider again.

It was a pleasant experience.

It did not appear we got much out of the inspection. He just mentioned that everrything looks good and offered to provide a rain guard as he did not find it in place. We had that and so did not require it. We had figured (when the original installer gave it to us) that it is like an appendix in the human body. Perhaps, the Texas regulations require that to be installed.

Rainscape arrived on time and completed the work quickly. Since this was just a tune-up, not much work was involved. He adjusted several nozzles for proper flow and alignment and adjusted the scheduling in the controller. He walked me through the controller, as I didn't fully understand all the functions. Great service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were great. I would use them again.

I had bought the special he was running but had let it expire. He had no problem with the expiration and did the work at the special price. I had more for him to do and was a little disappointed that he didn't suggest new heads on some of the system that could have used better watering coverage. My system is over 20 years old and needed some updating.

He refused to even come to my house!!!

I called a few places and left messages and nobody called me back. but then i called Rainscape and he answered and said that he could come the same day! I work all day so i could only be home for him to come later in the afternoon. He did everything he could to fit me in at the very end of the day even though it was a little inconvenient for him. H said he would be here at 4pm and he showed up at 3:50pm. Very professional and knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing and was in and out quickly. At first he said that i would need to replace some thing that would cost me more. after he looked closer he realized that they were just not put in properly and fixed everything for $85. Very honest. I would definitely recommend him to anyone i know.

Basic sprinkler system checkup; no major problems encountered. Service was performed on time, quickly and efficiently.

This work as his last went perfectly, I would recommend Ricky and his company without any reservation. I had bought the Angie's big deal for a sprinkler system tune up earlier. This was the work he recommended after that visit and some additions of things I wanted as well. He arrived on time and finished the work promptly. We have so much better coverage of the sprinklers now and the yard is looking great.
