Description of Work: We are so pleased with the complete installation of a brand new sprinkler/irrigation system. We were provided with 11 stations with provisions for our garden and flower beds. Ricky was timely, responsive and very attentive to detail. His crew was also efficient and proficient in executing the entire process from beginning to end.

Description of Work: They converted several of my sprinkler heads to also include drip lines for many potted plants I have in several flowerbeds. They were very flexible, helpful and the price was very fair.

Description of Work: Rick and Steve arrived on time and finished in less than 30 minutes. They repaired a cracked ball valve and fixed and adjusted our sprinkler heads. We provided the ball valve and they used it to replace the valve that was cracked. Rick gave me his honest opinion as to the repair and we felt comfortable with his advice. We will definitely use Rainscape in the future.

Description of Work: They leveled out our backyard, brought in a bunch of sand, and added some greenery last month. They are coming out Friday to add some more greenery and rearrange some landscaping.

Description of Work: I had a couple of leaks in my sprinkler system. He already had an idea of what was wrong just by my brief description of the leaks. He gave great recommendations of what to look out for as the original install (another company) did some shoddy work. He even came back a day later due to my crazy schedule and did a quick once-over and did some re-aiming, etc. .

Description of Work: Tested the sprinkler system. He thought it was an estimation for installation and lost interest when told it was just an inspection.

Description of Work: I bought the deal on Angie 's list and called the number to fix an appointment and he was too busy and scheduled an appointment after two weeks. He came promptly and turned on the sprinklers and told that they are all working fine and have good coverage. He then tuned the timer for 8 mins on each zone for alternative days, for the up coming winter?? He then suggested that I fix a rain sensor for USD 150, from him. I don't think it is worth the 59 dollars for someone to come and do this. He spent 5 minutes for 59 dollars. He could have at least weather taped the outside pipes. Which apparently I ended up doing.

Description of Work: I called Ricky to come check my sprinkler system. He was on time, checked all my sprinkler heads and zones. Told me he would have done a couple of things to improve the system a little but on a scale of 1-10, my system was about a 9. He said he wouldn't spend the money to make the changes since it was a good installation. Gave me some great ideas about my lawn. I am getting an estimate from him for lawn maintenance. Ricky was very nice, informative, and didn't pressure me into using his lawn service, just let me know everything he does. Will definitely use him again. Used an Angie's Deal for his service.

Description of Work: I called Rainscape to schedule an appointment for service. I was informed that they do not service my area and to call Angie's list to request a refund. The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice.

Description of Work: Ricky gave me an estimate free of charge, he was extremely fair with the assessment. I thought I needed to replace my sprinkler system and instead he advised that the system could be repaired. He did an outstanding job and I also hired his company to maintain my lawn. He provided his first service and it look very good. I also decided to plant a tree which he took care of it and I am very happy with the work. I would recommend his services and I can assure you that you will be satisfied.

Description of Work: Ricky installed a new and complete irrigation system for us in our yard, which is somewhat larger than many Sugar Land yards.
